I was one of the less fortunate customers. I do not recommend using this company. I was convinced my field lines need pumping for the cost of 3k and they convince you to let them put a chemical to breakdown or dry out the dirt in lines. I?ve learned that is just a sales gimmick. Their truck was filled up so they took off offa few hundred on my total and said I?d get a complimentary pump later. That?s never happened and then I was under impression the chemical had warranty if it didn?t work you get a certain amount back. That never happened. Also I got served by a deputy stating on claim I was a thief and owed 8k plus bc they came and redid the whole septic system and it noted every step they took in redoing it. NONE of that happened I didn?t not allow them to do any work on my septic system. So that had to be resolved as well! I was told by 3 local companies I was taken advantage of and I agree I was completely ripped off. My mistake for trusting lesson learned.

The CSR Jenny was the best I’ve dealt with in a long time. I felt like she understood the assignment… I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

I was charged $650 to change a $6 flange on a toilet. (They were nice enough to give a $200 discount). The reason given for the high price was because there was company overhead that had to be paid. The not so funny thing about it is that they quoted me $650 to replace a different toilet at the start of the visit. Somehow, by the end of the visit, I ended up paying $650 anyway. I feel ripped off and hope Angie?s list do not allow them to do this to other people.

Our hot water heater went out right in the middle of our entertaining guests from out of town! I tried calling several other plumbers at first and the answer was all the same: they either didn’t answer their phone or they wouldn’t be able to come and even take a look until Monday. I kept trying various companies and finally called Rooter ProXpress and I am so glad I did! They worked a miracle, in my opinion. The tech was personable and empathetic and he quickly removed our ancient water heater and installed a new one in less than 4 hours! I had hot water again and was back to entertaining my guests in time for dinner. I will always remember the great service and professionalism I received from Rooter ProXpress! They have earned another loyal customer for life!

My septic technician John was very professional and did a great job. He took time in educating me on septic maintenance after service. The representative that took my call was very polite and responsive. Overall great experience with Rooter Pro Xpress.

My experience with Rooter Pro Express, was not good, especially when you get SCAMMED, $1400 SCAMMED. On the phone ,i was told of a $399 special. After the so-called Pro arrived at my address, the price for cleaning of the main drain pipe and pump out the septic tank went up to $500, maybe $800 max he said. He never introduce himself, he never explain that Septic tank is divided into 2 sections, and that both sections has to be pumped out(he only pump out one section for $1200). When he got to the drain pipe, instead of cleaning the pipe and pump out the tank, like we agreed for the price of $500, he cut it off and charge me $250 extra(see pictures). After he said that, he is done, i looked inside the tank and noticed that the bottom of the tank was cover with an extra One Foot of sludge. He said that extra sludge left on the bottom, is good bacteria. Realyyyy? Now, i have to call another business, and finish what this pro left an finished. Never deal with this business.

Would not recommend using this contractor they refuse to provide approximate pricing to coming out instead they insist on charging a fee to tell me how much to install a toilet even though I use standardize pricing on their ipad and then they could have simply give me the price over the phone which is high and then the work was not good and they come out to try to fix as per the agreement but the tech suggested that I use another company and would like to request a refund on my behalf. However the company did not refund and I have to dispute the charge with my bank and managers did not return call, poor communication and strongly recommend not using this contractors.

Travis came over first thing in the morning and did an incredible job identifying the issue with the drain pipe in my bathroom sink and installing a new one. He even took the time to look at my water heater and gave me some helpful recommendations to avoid problems in the future. Above all, Travis was super friendly and an effective communicator. Between our similar Sagittarius signs and strong Philadelphia roots, I lucked out having him service my home today. I strongly recommend Rooter Pro Xpress for plumbing needs!
