Jeff's carpenter-painters replaced all of the rotted wood and siding, recaulked the entire exterior of the house, and painted everything. Jeff responded very soon after I reached out to his company, visited my house within a few days of my call, and prepared a very thorough and concise proposal. He also attached a copy of his company's Certificate of Insurance to the email that contained his proposal.
