"Alex showed up on time checked my microwave and said it needed a new Magnetron. He said he needed to order it and he would be back in two days. He said he needed half the total repair payment at that time to continue work. I gave him that money. He returned in two days with the part and installed it but the microwave still did not work. He said it was not worth fixing at that point and he would refund me the difference in the fee to come our and diagnose the issue and the amount I paid for half the service which is $65. It has been about 4 days since this happened and no payment"

He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"
