Unfortunately for me, David couldn't resolve the problem with refrigerator and freezer. However, he was honest and upfront, about what he could and couldn't do. This is why I'm giving him 5 stars because there are other repair folks who would not have done what David did for my situation. If the need ever arises again, I would give David a try again.
