"After getting several bids for work, we hired Adan and Juan to do repairs to our church and parsonage. We found their pricing was comparable to our other quotes, but included more items not mentioned or included in the other bids which would have costed us a lot more with other contractors to have a ''completed'' job. Adan and Juan did an excellent job for us! I would highly recommend them for whatever project you have. Here is some of what they did for us; Remove and installed carpet square in our back hallway at church Remove and install all windows at the parsonage Repair front deck and build a roof over it Install vinyl siding over entire house Replace all facia and soffit Install ridge vents on the roof Repair roof damage and install architectural shingles on the whole house Remove water heater and replace with a tankless water heater repair master bathroom and washroom floors and install vinyl plank flooring I am sure I have missed something..... but they did a great job and saved us a lot of money! Very courteous and knowledgeable, great work, great attitude! what more could you ask for?"

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
