"I hired David in Mid September 2024. It was disastrous to say the least. The project involved demolition and Rebuild A sunroom of 225 ft.² and also adding an addition right above this room. His employees chris and Fred are As incompetent as he is. At one point He was working with an electrician I introduced him to. This Electrician told me none of his clients are happy with him. He would juggle Multiple projects at the same time and had no clue what’s going on. If you have a simple Handyman type of project, he is OK. But anything involving structural integrity, he had no clue. I have all the evidence, including pictures, communications to share with you if you want to find out more. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
