"Our new replacement windows were installed in July 2023. This was to be a two day install. The crew installed them in one day. Two large display windows each had a scratch. Casement windows were not aligned properly showing large gaps. Plugs were missing. The crew trashed our yard when they wrapped the windows. They did a lousy job and they had to be redone. All the screens were bent so we had no screens. They have sent out three set of screens and a year later were still missing screens. In October 2023, we were assigned a rep that promised my husband he would take full responsibility and get things ironed out. That hasn't happened. My husband and I drove to the Atlanta showroom. That Rep ordered a door for our house and he couldn't get them to deliver it to Atlanta. He drove himself to Chattanooga to get the door and he could get the door because he was not in Champion truck or something, I can't remember what excuse it was this time. To make things worse, we had smoke in our house and we couldn't open a window because of the way they were installed. You could not get the cranks to operate. All this was to be taken care of. We had crews not show up and reps that could not do what they said they would do. I am disgusted, angry and discouraged. I don't think I'll ever look at these windows and be happy we did business with Champion. We spent over $35,000 and all I got was a headache. The doors we ordered have yet to be delivered and installed."

"I had windows installed in 2008. They come with a lifetime warranty however the company is stonewalling replacing the windows they installed in our front room. I initiated conversations with them in August 2023. A couple people came out, agreed there was a problem with the seals on the windows, two took measurements, and now we are in "radio silence". The last communication was on January 31 that they were checking with manufacturing. Now, no response from emails, text messages, or phone messages (no one actually answers the phone when calling the main number). I would steer clear of this company and go with that "other" worldly company that actually honors their lifetime guarantees."

"Having never done a renovation before, I was determined to find a company that did good work for a reasonable price. After receiving 3 quotes, I decided to get 1 more quote and found Limitless Renovations. From helping me to choose my tile and design and later going through the walk-through to confirm my choices, Limitless Renovations was with me all the way. The installer and painter were professional and very skilled. After 18 years, I went from an old tub with molded plastic walls to a lovely tiled and spacious shower. The installer did a great job. The wallpaper that the painter removed had been on the walls for at least 25 years and he had to rebuild the walls before painting after taking the wallpaper down. It took a lot of mud and sanding, but I ended up with beautiful light blue/grey walls. The project leader was always available if I had any questions or concerns.
