Our kitchen flooded and we were in need of a contractor who could not only make repairs, but also renovate the layout and design of the kitchen/living area. We added new cabinets, countertops and appliances. We also removed a partial wall to open up our living area. Dwight and Stacy could not have been more accommodating and professional. Communication was always timely and efficient. Stacy walked us through all of our options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She made sure we understood everything about our initial quote, timelines, expectations, etc. Dwight and the team also ensured we understood the work that was being done, and clearly communicated our options as the project progressed. Both are extremely knowledgeable and quick to address any concerns or provide insight. The project was completed on time and in budget. We could not be happier with the work that was done, and we will definitely keep D&S Design Build on our shortlist for future projects. Thanks Dwight and Stacy!

Dwight and his wife Stacy were very easy to work with. They gave me the porch I have always wanted. During the project there were changes that I needed to have happen and they implemented each change with no problems. I would definitely use them for future projects.

I highly recommend this company for their overall ability to transform a small dull bathroom into a showpiece! They gave me a start date and estimated completion date in which both were right on target. From their design ideas to their quality workmanship, I am totally satisfied. No subcontractors were needed at all, even doing their own tile work and suggesting a herringbone pattern which instantly created a sense of space and graceful movement to my small bathroom. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and you will not be disappointed at all if you select them as well.

Initially I was very satisfied with the work and services provided by Dwight and Stacy in remodeling our master bathroom. They were very helpful in designing the bathroom and selecting the tile for the floors and walls. I was also satisfied with the installation of the tile. Unfortunately, I had significant issues with the very last part of the project which was installing two vanity mirrors. Stacy selected the pivoting mirror mounts and Dwight installed them. I immediately informed both that the installed mirror mounts were not acceptable for a number of reasons. Dwight and Stacy agreed and stated they would work on a solution to the issue. I paid them in full at this point figuring this last part of the project would go well. Much to my surprise, it did not go well. After a couple of weeks without hearing anything, we tried to contact Stacy. She had always been very prompt in returning our calls or text messages. After a week with no response, I had to send an email, which she did respond to but she did not offer any solutions but stated that she was still working on it. Another 8 weeks passed with no significant options presented when I finally just gave up and asked for a refund of the amount that I paid for the original mirror mounts. I didn't ask for a refund of the glass or installation labor, just the cost of the mounts. I estimate this to be about $300 of a $16000.00 project. Stacy refused to refund any amount and quit answering our calls, emails, and text messages. They failed to resolve our issue and failed to stand behind their work. This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend them for any job, big or small.

Ron Reets at West Georgia Design Build, Inc did a fantastic job on all the work mentioned above. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very easy to work with and the work was done in a timely manner. There were no surprises in the billing and everything was well done! We would hire them again in a minute and have recommended them to others already.

Due to faulty work by the builder of my house, the shower pan and water proofing failed. I received a quote from Stacy at West Georgia Design Build to completely tear out the old shower back to the wall studs, install a new shower pan, install new wall board, water proof the entire shower, tile the shower, and run additional plumbing and install new shower fixtures. Additionally, drywall and baseboards were repaired from where the shower pan leaked. Stacy and Dwight provided a date to begin the work and Dwight and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date. Dwight was able to show me where the leak had occurred after removing the old tile, and also pointed out several other shortcuts that had been taken by the builder (i.e., no waterproofing on any walls, tears in the water proofing membrane on the shower pan, spot application of cement to wall tiles, and a shower seat that had been installed using CINDER BLOCKS instead of 2x4 framing). Dwight and his crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up at the end of every day, and reinstalled the new shower as it should have been done in the first place, using the Triton Watertight System to waterproof the entire shower, as well as installing all new tile, and running the plumbing for a new rainhead shower. The new shower looks great and I am very happy with the work and professionalism of everyone in the company.

I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did not drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We’re very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.

I feel that I dodged a bad experience. If your failure to communicate to a potential customer is non-existent at the front end of a project, what would it be like after the project starts and you have put up half of the money of said project. I gave an F rating because Stacy waisted my time, and it is important to me, but clearly not to West Georgia Design Build, Inc.

It went very well. Dwight and Stacy are excellent at what they do. The majority of the work was done by Dwight and his son. They made sure they knew who would be at our house and when they would be there. For the few items that were sub-contracted out (floors and electrical) Dwight was there making sure it went well. I must have interviewed every kitchen and bath remodel company in Atlanta prior to selecting West Georgia Design Build. Save yourself some time and go with these guys.

They said they would get back to me within a week and I have never heard back from them.

The whole process went very smoothly. Stacy, Dwight, Israel and Gabby were awesome to work with. From initial estimate to picking out tiles, sinks and other materials to the demo and remodel, everything went very well. They showed up on time every day, stayed on the job, took great care to protect surrounding areas and carpets and cleaned up the area when they left for the day. They did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend West Georgia Design Build and will definitely hire them for future projects.

Renovation went well from the start, Stacey and Dwight are very professional. On day one Stacey took measurements of the condo as to provide accurate/realistic estimate for the labor, materials, etc. Also, being that I live in a high-rise I was weary of the many logistical concerns, especially since I did not see any examples of such a job on the West Georgia Design Build website. However, after meeting S&D I went with my gut and very happy with the finished product. I'd also like to point out, and very important, this job stayed on budget and timeline. It was the same crew throughout the entire project, they arrived on time (impressive as they had to drive from Newnan to Midtown), are extremely courteous, friendly, cleaned the work site and organized their tools daily. As a 16 year Air Force Veteran, I was very impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend!

Overall a very nice job. We had a pocket door installed, a tub and tile surround, a tile shower,, tile floor, and a maple vanity with a granite countertop, new light fixtures and a new mirror in a frame that matched the vanity. In addition, we had a popcorn ceiling removed and a window replaced. Stacy's suggestions for the size and configuration of the vanity worked out great. Dwight, Danny and the rest of the crew are professional and pleasant to work with.

The grout work is very poor. The shower leaked but they responded and fixed the leak.11

Overall I was very happy with the end results of the work. A lot of the work was done by subcontractors that the company found. My one complaint was the attitude that I got when I had issues. I felt like I was an annoyance. I have never owned my own home before this house and most certainly never had construction done like this before to any place I have lived as an adult. I felt like questions or problems I had that reflected this naivete were taken with exasperation. Also, when I did have a few issues crop up towards the end the response I got definitely felt like he'd fix things, but wasn't happy about having to come back out to our house again. That and when I made specific requests on materials used based on the pets we had in the house, that request was clearly ignored for materials that were easier/cheaper. That upset me quite a bit.

Very good. I really liked the design that Stacy developed and the results were very pleasing. World of improvement. Would give high marks to Dwight, Stacy and their crew.

The workers were so kind and friendly , got right to work with everything . Even asked me if I had any questions on it . Amazing service !

The project took 20 working days to complete. Started on April 20, 2016, and completed on May 30, 2016. Two weeks of waiting for the heavy glass to arrive, but that is the nature of custom glass after the shower was built. Stacy did an excellent job of helping us decide on the design and materials for this bathroom remodel. Matt and Danny worked tirelessly to complete the job. Since I am retired, and know the various trades that are needed to do this work, I was able to oversee every step of the job. Matt and Danny were professionals at every task. They did not stop each day just because of the time, they worked the task till completion. We have used the shower a lot since completion. My wife, I, and our dogs like the convenience of the walk in shower with bench.

Dwight and his team did an exceptional job! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. When the work started, they worked diligently until completion. Dwight is very creative and has a great eye for design. I would highly recommend him and his team for any work. My family and other family friends were highly impressed.

Stacy was fabulous right out of the gate. She took my ideas, provided some of her own and together we came up with a great remodel of my kitchen. Dwight, Matt and the rest of the crew helped see it to the finish. I love the layout, I love the finishes and I love the openness that was created. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future renovations.

They took care of everything. There were some extra expenses that came up due to local codes. They were patient for final payment while I arranged to get money for the government-imposed costs. They provided granite counter tops for free by using leftovers from another job. I am very happy with the basement. I definitely plan to use them again.
