Jeff, the sales rep was so incredibly professional. Just by the way he was dressed and how prepared he came to my house to show me all they had to offer, compared to everyone else I was so impressed that I did not care what the cost was, I already decided it would be them. But surprisingly they were in the mid-range of sunrooms versus everyone else. To boot, they had a showroom so that I could get an idea of what I would be getting. It is one of our favorite places in the house and easily added another 400sq feet of livable space. I am obsessed!

My wife and I walked in their showroom and met Rich DeSantis, the owner, and saw the displays and heard the story of DC Enclosures. We left with the confidence that we had come to the right place and made the right decision in selecting them. I would rate DC Enclosures as one of the best contractors we have engaged to make improvements to our new home. It was enlightening to see a family owned business run with a such a high commitment to excel in customer satisfaction. Our Project Manager and Design Consultant was Colby DeSantis, who was outstanding to deal with, made certain we were completely satisfied. We have referred them to several neighbors who have hired them and have the same feeling as to the quality and professionalism received. We will continue to refer them.

The experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO Rich Desantis walked Karen and I through every step of the process along with providing amazing knowledgeable support and advise as we had issue with our county building people! DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a forced deal with an unethical well known contractor in north Georgia! This contractor had us to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract and after immediately requesting to increase the project we were told that the previous contract was canceled by calling the cancellation in but after 3 days this changed as the contract states that cancellations must be written. This locked me into not being able to negotiate a fair price for the increased size of the project But DCE came out and agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the previous contractor. Along with that DCE price came out to $20k less that the former contractor. The PC only agreed to building a gable style room that was 17x11 sqft and enclosing one side of our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring and not touch the existing patio area. For $77k DCE gave us the 17x11 room with LVT flooring, redid the existing patio with R30 insulation and flooring, 7 outlets, ceiling fan and window heating/air system for $56k! The price was so much better that we were able to upgrade to a nice Mitsubishi mini split, an upgraded additional lighting package, outdoor patio aluminum railing, with cap and under rail lighting. Final cost was $68k. So along with the $5k that we had to pay to get out of the previous contract we still came under on the PCâ s initial price with so mix more. We are so please with the family at DCE we named our sunroom the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries such as the Gideons and womenâ s ministries through our church! My family and friends absolutely love what DC Enclosures was able to do with our old deck. What used to be a space that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to sit out and enjoy, DC Enclosures has turned this into a 4-Season screened in patio. Besides the kitchen, this is probably our most used room in the house. Craftsmanship is excellent, everyone on the entire team were polite, professional, wanting to make sure the job was to our satisfaction. Any questions or concerns that came up were addressed to our complete satisfaction in a very timely fashion. Weâ re very impressed with DC Enclosures as a company, and very, very happy with our new living space!

DC enclosure installed our spa cover originally and we've had them out several times for screen repairs. We had a bit of a challenge in communication initially but all went well once scheduled.

We love our Sun Room. Very well built Professionally handled in every way. I could not believe the price was so reasonable. Built on the west side of our home we watch the sun set every day. We have decorated with a bird theme. These people are the best & I would recommend them to everyone.
