"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"

Arnold's Septic Tank Service is owned and operated by Arnold Bowen Senior and family. We have been proudly serving all of the metro Atlanta surrounding counties since 1978. Our goal is to provide customers with service that is fast, dependable, and most of all affordable. We offer flat rate, over the phone pricing which means that you approve the price before any work is begun. We want you to be fully satisfied when the job is complete. At Arnold's the customer really does matter. If you use us as your septic provider you can be assured that we will be here next time you need our services.
"Just had septic tank emptied by Arnold's Septic . I will NEVER use them again. Before they came out I asked over and over what was the price, The lady in the office said to empty the tank was $450 for a regular size tank and $550 for an oversized tank. I confirmed that with a call back. Well when the driver shows up to my house ( I am not home ) he calls me and says you filter needs to be cleaned and that will be an extra $250. I told him I was having no problems and I just had the tank emptied 3 years ago. Mind you he was still in his truck when we had this conversation. I insisted I only wanted the tank drained. So When he finished he called and said he was done. I was 3 minutes from the house. He said he could not wait to be paid. I met him at the corner of the street and he said he was in a hurry and would call me for the payment. When I got home I found mounds of #^$* in the yard. He called for the payment and I asked why he felt the stuff on my grass and he said it leaked from the hoses. I have had tanks pumps before and never had to clean up a mess. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS THIS GUY IS SERVICING MY AREA. I have used Arnolds in the past with no problems. but it appears that if this guy couldn't make any extra money then he was going to do harm to my yard."

Franklin's Septic has been in business since 1979. We offer complete septic care. Check us out on the bbb.org website today. Call us today for a great deal!
"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"

Yes, most states require septic tank installers to have a license, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed septic tank professional could lead to poor quality work, added future expenses, and potential code violations. A licensed septic tank installer tackling your projects only protects you as a homeowner.

The cost to replace a septic tank is $7,350 for the average homeowner. This cost can range, however, from $470 to $22,500, depending on several factors. Your house size is a significant factor in the overall cost, but other things like material type impact the final price tag. For example, installing a new septic tank in a one-bedroom house typically costs $500 to $900, whereas installing a new septic tank in a five or six-bedroom home is generally $1,200 to $1,600.
The cost of septic tank repair is $1,775 for the average homeowner. However, depending on a few elements, you might pay as little as $170 or as much as $6,100. Location, repair type, and tank material all determine the final cost. For example, replacing the septic tank filter can be as little as $200 to $300. However, repairing septic lines costs more, averaging around $1,500.
A septic tank can typically last 15 to 20 years on average, though your system's lifespan will vary depending on the type of septic system and the materials used. To help increase your septic tank's lifespan, schedule routine maintenance and do not flush items like cat litter, cigarette butts, or paper towels.
Repairing or replacing a septic tank is a job best left to a professional. Your septic tank is an essential part of your home, and if installed or repaired incorrectly, it could lead to significant problems. Things like polluted water, property damage, and health risks to your family could all happen as a result of an improper septic tank repair or installation.
