I hired Edward for a water heater replacement based on the positive reviews and his availability for the job the following day. Edward and his son promptly arrived at my rental property and replaced the water heater. Right after the job was done, Edward texted me multiple times for payment. Unfortunately, I was not present that day, so I asked him if he installed the expansion tank as promised. I made the payment after he confirmed through text message. However, things took a disappointing turn. Edward seemingly vanished after receiving payment. He failed to provide a receipt despite my attempts to contact him via text and voicemail. Two weeks later, my tenants reported experiencing low water pressure since the installation. Frustrated by Edward’s lack of response, I had to hire a handyman to investigate the issue. As it turned out, the water heater valve wasn’t fully open, and to my surprise, the expansion tank had not been replaced as agreed upon. It’s been quite a hassle, and I’m left wondering about Edward’s professionalism and integrity.

Cleaned my drain, explained how I can keep it from happening again. I found my new plumber!

Diagnosed and

Installed in about 3 hours, with coordination from me (as owner) to the satisfaction and way I preferred to overall installation. Nice people, no worries!

Never showed. When called (2nd time) he said that he decided he couldn't do the job. He said the leak was under a tree (the tree was alot older than the house!). He said that the price he had given over the phone was too low and he just couldn't send his guys out. They never called to say that they were not coming. I pointed this out and he just didn't care. The lack of respect and professionalism was unbelievable. Very rude and uncaring at all. Not a way to run a business at all!

Edward was very helpful and professional. He made sure we got the unit we needed for our water usage and that would fit the way the previous heater was installed. The reason I am writing this today is that we already had a part fail. Disappointing since the previous unit did not need to be serviced until it failed at 16 years old. However, Edward was at my house within a few hours of my call on a Monday morning to check it out. He found the failed part and called the manufacturer to ship the needed replacement part. Luckily still under warranty. He even negotiated free shipping for the part since it was barely a year old. I will always call Edward for our serious plumbing needs. He also installed a few fixtures for us last year during a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I am always pleased with is work. He always takes the time to explain the problem and answer any questions I have for him.

As a general contractor, I only refer Edward Roberts at Plumbarius Company. I have used his services for several years. It started with a call to him to have the sewer line replaced at my house. Several bids came in the $7000 range. He did the job for $900.

Installed water heater. ?He did the work by himself so it took a bit longer than anticipated but he made sure to get the job done. ?There was a minor natural gas seepage but he came back out and fixed it free of charge. ?Water heaters has been working well since then.

Ed installed a new sink " insinkerator" in my kitchen, then he checked the stopper in a half bath, and ultimately replaced a valve in one of the showers that had been leaking. The kitchen job took a long time, the rest went fast, so even though he had to spend a lot of time, the price was exactly as quoted.

I'd give The Plumbarius Company an A+ if I could. If you need anything plumbing, hire Edward from the Plumbarius Co. He was quick, professional, and very competent, My issue was actually not what I originally thought, but a much simpler, easier (and cheaper) fix. I very easily would have gone for the more expensive solution, but Edward diagnosed the issue and charged me accordingly, I was super impressed and will most definitely use him again in the future. You should too.

Had a water leak problem from valve failure in both occasions. Mr. Roberts was extremely knowledgeable, professional and fixed both our problems with minimum down time. I plan on using him again in the future for any other plumbing situations that arise.

His name is Edward Roberts. He owns the business and is the plumber. He did a very good job and I thought his prices were reasonable. We bought the dishwasher at Lowe's. They would've came to take it out and dispose of it as well for $130, but since we had used Edward and liked him so much we called and asked him to do it. He said he would and his price was $120 which included removing it and taking it to wherever he had to take it. He answered every question that we had and did his job well.
