Patrick is Great! He is extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything. He is a perfectionist about his work. The stucco looks so good. He also installed reflectors that he designed to hopefully keep the birds away. Best job ever pressure washing.

I called Patrick on a Friday afternoon, and he showed up 20 minutes earlier than scheduled on Saturday morning to estimate the work required. He was very patient in answering our questions and immediately provided an estimate for the work. Before he left we had scheduled for him to do the work that Tuesday. As he had done for the estimate appointment, he showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled to start the work. He even presented an alternative solution that as he explained would look even better than his original solution. We were amazed by his attention to detail and his own high standards in delivering work in which he takes pride. During and after he completed the work, he continued to entertain our questions and was more than willing to share his expertise and advice about our stucco exterior. When you hire Taylor Stucco, you actually get Patrick Taylor and not a team he has subcontracted. We will absolutely be calling Patrick first for any of our exterior needs.

Patrick was fantastic. He had thoughts on design, articulated the difficulties and his thoughts, provided a fair estimate and he did the work really well. He was diligent and he worked really well in repairing and fixing up the entire wall between the 2 projects. He was informative and communicated any issues, difficulties, processes and schedules. Overall, he was also a nice guy and was happy to hold a conversation.

Mr. Taylor returned my call quickly. As we are located south of Atlanta and he is on the North side he asked us to email photos. He was then able to give an estimate by phone and repair date was scheduled. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time for scheduled appointment, expertly repaired the stucco on house and also repaired several cracks in our stucco mailbox. His work was excellent and his pricing was very affordable. We are delighted to have found him and will definitely contact him should we need further stucco work!

Patrick did an excellent job repairing the stucco trim above our garage door. Looks like new and matches the other door perfectly!

Much better than we had originally hoped. Thanks to Patrick the repaired areas, including one large expanse of stucco with extensive cracks, are impossible now to tell any difference with the rest of the home's stucco, although the finish up close looks brand-new. It's clear he took considerable time making sure the new finish and paint would match the rest of the home. He also repaired several areas of stucco which were not originally apparent to us. The pressure wash job, which included all the wood trim, was excellent. The home looks much brighter than before, thanks to his meticulous efforts. An unexpected benefit from working with Patrick is that I now am much more knowledgable than before regarding our stucco home; he took considerable time to make sure I was aware of both the options and process before starting the work. His original quote for the job was very reasonable, and his final invoice reflected the original quote. We are having some windows replaced soon, and Patrick will be back to make sure they are sealed correctly. I will not hesitate to use Taylor Stucco, Inc. for any future stucco work we might need.

Outstanding. One concern we had would be the inability to match the original color of the stucco to the repaired portion. Patrick analyzed our situation and offered several choices. His recommendation not only fixed the problem, overcome our concern, but actually improved the "look" of the area. His solution added a design decor element to the front of our home. He was always on time, took time to explain what he was doing, and did a great job.

I'm extremely pleased with the work that Patrick did. He explained the difficulty in making "cold" joints and said that because our stucco had a thicker base then normal, it would take extra effort to make it match. He presented two proposals and suggested that the less expensive one would probably be satisfactory especially because it was being done on a side of the house which is much less likely to be seen. Communication by phone and email was excellent. Because of an issue (maybe weather) on the job he was currently working on, the start date for our work was postponed by two days, but Patrick contacted me to let me know that the week before. He did a thorough, professional job, and he takes pride in his work. He also does small things that make the final result look better. For example, we had a piece of plywood covering the crawlspace access. He painted it when he painted the stucco and added two small handles to make it easier to remove. On the last day he was here I saw that he'd gotten several bags of pine bark chips to dress up the area where he had been working. In short, he came when he said he would and did a great job, and I paid less than I would have otherwise (estimates from two other companies were higher). I wouldn't hesitate to call Patrick again for other stucco work.

He does excellent work, Yo can not tell where the new and old stucco meet. He price is very reasonable.

Patrick has done repair work for us before, so I knew his work was impeccable. We are in the mist of having the exterior of our home “refurbished” (replacement doors, windows, front stoop, painting, etc.) and so far, Patrick is the only tradesman that does what he says he will do, and does it right the first time. What more can I say – to me that is priceless.
