Speedy and addressed all issues.

Service rep was somewhat difficult to understand however, the repair performed was done very well.

I had gotten a quote from you on January 31st to come out and do some trim work on my porch. After the you gave me the quote, I gave you the go ahead and we selected that following Monday February 5th to do the work. that same day, January 31st I had something come up and was unable to have the work done now and told you to not do it in an email, which you clearly you never checked. I then come home and found that you had sent someone out to do the work. I called you instantly and you told me to tell your employee to stop what hes doing. Which I did. I have just come home today, 7 months later to find that someone has come in and ripped all the stuff down. They have left pieces of wood around my porch and nails that have not been removed. You have defaced my property and I'm gonna call the attorney generals office in the morning, then call my attorney. Its not my fault you didnt check your emails. So i suggest you put it all back, or we are going to court. You traspassed onto my property and i never gave you permisson to come back on the property. Im calling the police now to file a report. Ill also be leaving a very detailed review on home adivsor. Do not use this company, they are horrible!

HK Construction did a great job and gave me a quality project. I would gladly use them anytime I have a project that needs done around the home.

I had simple siding replacement. Once the materials are ready, the work was quick and smooth. John (I believe he is the owner and actual contractor) was kind enough to work with my schedule. Make sure to remind him the details of the work you need if you don't hire him at the spot. He doesn't have an official quote in writing, so it is difficult for him to remember.

They came early (3 1/2 hours) and we just came in from a bike ride! Surprise ! Don’t know how the repair is until the plaster is fixed on the inside .

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! I thought i was getting a good deal, was even offered a warranty for the work done. Throughout the process, I tried to make multiple attempts to contact john over stuff I was unhappy about to be simply yelled at or my phone calls not returned. After the work was completed I had them fill out and sign a document stating I got a warranty and what that warranty consisted of and had all present parties sign it. After 3 weeks, the things I complained about throughout the process and said would happen, happen. The paint on my deck was not fully stripped off, like I was told would be done, and was painted over and is now bubbling up and chipping off. I have made multiple attempts, about 5 different times with voice mails left, to contact the owner, John, to get this taken care of and have heard nothing back from him. I am now going to be filling a report with the Better Business Bureau and will be making a trip tomorrow and filing paperwork at small claims court with my lawyer. I gave John every opportunity to correct the issue and have heard nothing, so my recommendation TO EVERYONE, IS STAY AWAY!!!! THIS COMPANY IS POORLY RUN, AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF THE QUALITY WORK YOU THINK YOU WILL GET. I will say this though, the workers are great and strive to do the right thing, but John makes them do it the cheapest and quickest way, cutting corners and not not doing what was said he would do!

Nothing unusual or spectacular to write about. He came, gave me a price, scheduled, came on day scheduled, fixed it, I paid him; he left. Simply did the job. No problems. Told me to call him if there were any problems.

Avoid at all costs. Very bad experience

We made an appointment - they arrived on time and completed the project quickly. Very professional.

There was some scheduling issues but after that was ironed out, the work was done and the workers told me about things that are an issue with the Gutter Helmet we had installed. They were very thorough and informative, polite and professional.

They were good

The crew showed up when they said they would be there, did great work, were friendly and made sure that I was satisfied in every step of the process. I’d hire them again.

They were quick with the estimate and equally quick with the repair

The two guys ( Danny and Eric ) that John sent to my job were really cool and did what was needed to get the job done. They gave me some advice on how to keep the problems from happening again. Future projects will be directed to HK Construction.

The first appointment they made with me, they didn't show up and did not call me to cancel. The second time I called them a few days later, they did show up and completed the job. I was satisfied with the job and the amount they charged me.

Came on Sunday to complete work, because of weather.
