Description of Work: I hired this firm to do wildlife removal and to repair the woodwork that had been damaged by squirrels.I like them a lot.They did the job quickly and I felt their prices were fair. I thought they did a good job and I would definitely use them again to repair woodwork etc... I think they fixed the squirrel problem permanently so I don't think they will be returning for wildlife removal.

Description of Work: Very difficult to work with. Slow in communications. Did not arrive in appt window and did not call to say running late. Would not actually do an abatement but rather put on one way door with no guarantees. Requested further estimates; took nearly a week. When tried to follow up on estimate, no response.
