Very professional! Quick response. Explained everything throughly! Had this out my attic and entrances boarded from start to finish in less than one week!

Josh was the only person that answered when I called at 9pm for a raccoon in our attic. I called no less than 5 other companies who wanted me to wait a week for an appointment with a raccoon living above us! He did a thorough inspection to try and lure the raccoon out to trap it right then, showed me photos of where the raccoon had bedded down. The raccoon didn’t cooperate, but Josh set a trap and it went in the trap within two hours. Josh came bright and early to pick up the raccoon and relocate her. Pricing was super reasonable and fair, and there were absolutely no pushy sales tactics. He clearly laid out what we need to do to remediate, accepted what we wanted to do right now and left it open for us to contact him soon to complete a full remediation. Overall, fantastic service, especially showing up 30 minutes after I called late in the evening when no one else would! We will definitely use Access Ohio Wildlife in the future!

The work is great but the younger workers left dirty footprints around the house. They did a poor job of removing and replacing the window trim in several rooms. But the price was right! And the work is done!

It has been going good. Josh has been very helpful and informative of everything that has to be done. He has been available to answer question and concerns. Would definitely recommend Access Ohio Wildlife to friends and neighbors.

Josh and his team did a great job. They explained everything upfront. Cleaned up after they were finished. They removed all critters ( squirrel and raccoons) found how they got in, took out all the old insulation closed it up, blew in new insulation. No more critters, and insulation done well. They also removed mold on 3 bedroom Ceilings, Mold is gone, cleaned & painted with special kilz paint. I would definitely hire them again. Polite, professional, answered all my questions. A job well done.
