When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

"The salesman Dennis, don’t believe him, you will never see him again. He said they wouldn’t start a second job until ours was finished, either he or his partner would be there every day, and how they wouldn’t leave until we were satisfied with everything. None of those things happened. The job was scheduled to go for 10 days. The three-person crew that started were great. Then Tim started pushing us to remodel the kitchen, or our second bathroom. I told him no. That is when everything changed. The next day we had a one man crew. Everything turned into an argument. Tim refused to install baseboards in the bathroom, even though they had removed them, or rebuilt the walls. Tim said it wasn't in the contract so he wasn't doing it unless I paid more. I will admit that baseboards are not mentioned in the contract. Neither is caulking, drywall texture, or painting. All of which they did without question."
