Next Level Shower and Bath is the absolute best! After years of putting off renovating our master bath, my husband and I finally agreed to begin the process. From the minute we first met Dennis and Thimi, we were put at ease by their ability to really listen to what we wanted and their knowledge of all aspects of the project. Dennis made the process of choosing various fixtures and finishes very easy. Both Dennis and Thimi were hands on the whole way, popping in throughout the process to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the work as it was done. I can’t say enough about the crew, who arrived at the promised time every day, and worked efficiently and in a way that was surprisingly non intrusive. They kept us updated on the status of the project at the end of each day, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The work itself was top notch! I felt understood and had an overall feeling that the renovation was being done right. Ultimately, I would recommend Next Level to anyone looking for a well done and relatively stress free bathroom renovation. They are the best!
