"This was my first remodeling project & I’m grateful that I found J. Meraki General Svc. (Javier and Diana) on Angie’s list. When I initially reached out, I explained that I was currently trying to get $10k back from a plumbing company that breached our contract. Not only did I have a limited budget, I didn't know if I could trust anyone again. During our initial telephone conversation, I gave some general ideas on what I wanted done. On their first visit, they arrived early and fully prepared with tile, cabinet & paint samples. I felt comfortable with them & they reassured me that I wouldn't regret working with them. And they were right!! I was still a little nervous about the process and would text or call Diana with question after question. She was always patient, and never made me feel like I was a bother. Prior to starting the project, they told me what to expect and gave me an estimated timeframe. The team always arrived on time, worked tirelessly & made sure to "tidy up" before leaving for the day. Javier's eye for design and color was better than mine, so I asked him for suggestions on paint and floor covering. I now have two beautiful bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen & beautiful floor. "Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."

"The work performed was outstanding and Eric is a skilled craftsman. The only Issue I have is that I assumed it would be a Time and Materials job and it was more of a "it would cost a lot to replace it so it costs a lot to repair it" costing. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this contractor get a solid cost prior to starting. That said if it wasn't for this I'd give 5 Stars"
