Most informative and honest contractor I have ever dealt with

We originally hired them just to re-build our Floor in the Florida room that had collapsed do to years of moisture. However do to their professionalism, communication and quality of work we extended the work to our master closet and bathroom.

Excellent! Our 27 YearHouse looked brand new with modern style of new flooring and kitchen. Project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The vendors utilized were excellent and was very customer focused. I definitely am recommending to others! See pics for proof

We were pleased with Steve's suggestions for the bathroom and his rapid response to our need to get our kitchen finished after a previous contractor had left the job incomplete. The workman whom Steve brought to our home was polite and punctual and very competent. Steve's supervision was reassuring. The workplace was left tidy after every phase Steve was very outgoing and solicitous from the start. He responds to phone messages so you know he cares about your concerns. He is a genuine person who inspires confidence and gives options for how to approach a project so you feel you have control of costs. The final costs were explained upfront and he did not add any additional charges. We look forward to working with Steve Masterson again and have recommended him to neighbors.

Steve owner of Masterson floors has completed several high end restaurant's, Lemon grass Wellington, Talanto Restuarant on Los Olas, doing floors, walls, bathrooms and 1/2 dozen sunglass huts stores in malls in the tri county area south Florida. All his installations have been exceptional with great results. From large format tiles to complex glass tile work he can do it all. Steve meets deadlines and is always on site. I've personally known Steve for many years and will continue to use his services as my main flooring company.

Great Effort. Steve worked with me on price, and was there early and late to get things done, jumping to it when the inevitable monkey-wrenches occurred (remodeled both bathrooms in a house built in the 1950’s). I’ve got some pictures up—it’ll look even better as soon as I get the paint on the walls (I hadn’t settled on a color during the work). I’m very happy with my new bathrooms. Thanks Steve!

Steve and his team are great and we highly recommend them. Really good workmanship and integrity. If you need someone to help you with flooring, tiling, bathroom remodeling, etc., you should strongly consider Steve and his team. We will use them again in the future for flooring and bathrooms when we eventually add an addition to our home.
