"The drainfield was inspected and fine as far as we know. We were not present when the work was done. Our problem is that the original quoted stated that we had a 10 year warranty. When we signed the final invoice we noticed that it had been changed to 5 years. We didn't notice until after it was signed. We contacted Angel by phone about the discrepancy in the two contracts. He was the one who gave us the original quote and we believed he supervised the work. He said that a new contract with the 10 year warranty would be emailed to us. We since texted him twice and have had no response. We still haven't received the updated contract with the 10 year warranty. Changing the terms of the original quote is unacceptable and also unprofessional and it should have been fixed immediately. Especially since there's a big difference between a 5 year warranty and 10 year warranty when it comes to a drainfield. We had already paid them the total amount and it seems that the company no longer cared about responding to us."
