They showed up on time, did their job. However, I was quoted $375, and within 10 minutes, the technician was telling me that in order for him to do a complete pump out, I would have to pay $800. We settled on $600, because that is literally all I had to spend. I understand that it may have taken him a whopping 10 more minutes, but come on.....$600 for 30 minutes of work? Sounds a little excessive. He then tried to sell me on a septic field "rejuvination" for $3300. I think I'll look for other options. Reminded me too much of a dishonest auto mechanic, trying to take advantage.

With more than a dozen guests for the weekend, we stared in horror as the toilet gurgled, water rose in the bowl, and...it was horrible. We called Saturday morning and had a tech on site in hours. A huge amount of grease had clogged the outflow and the tank was filled to the brim requiring an immediate pump out. In the process, a baffle was found to have been crushed by a previous unnamed pumpout business. Our tech gave a clear and concise quote on what needed to be done and what could be delayed until after our guests were gone. Within hours we were happily flushing! It could not have been easier or less hassle. Highly recommend this company.

All About Septic Services Inc. WE GOT HOSED! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SEWERS AND WAS DESPERATE TO GET RID OF THE POOP. OVERCHARGED BY $2,880!!! We were flying home and at the airport when our adult daughter (who was housesitting and lives in Miami) phoned us in a panic to say that all the toilets in our house were backed up and she didn’t know how to cope with the problem. We told her to call the company we had used previously, All About Septic Services, Inc. They provided a quote over the phone of $465 ($365 to pump the septic and $100 to come out on a Saturday). Four hours later, an individual arrived in a truck to do the job. He dug holes where the septic tank was and told my daughter that the drain field was probably blocked, and he told her it would cost an additional $3,250 to fix it. She could not phone us as we were on a flight and she felt totally overwhelmed and freaked out by the poop. She trusted him (not knowing a thing about septic tanks) and didn’t want another backup so she agreed. Subsequently, the tech spent 60 minutes emptying the septic tank (the original task) and cleaning up the area with our hose pipe. Before cleaning the drainfield (the insane $3,250 charge), he then let my daughter know that the filter on the septic was broken and likely part of the cause of the septic tank back up. He replaced the filter with one he had on his truck. At this juncture, the honest thing to do would have been to tell my daughter that the filter was the real problem and that he didn't need to clean the drainfield - BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST. He then worked for 45 minutes cleaning the drainfield by pressure jetting a 4 inch diameter 12 foot long PVC drain field pipe. He then asked our daughter to flush every toilet to ensure they were flushing well. He then told her that his repair was not sufficient to last more than one year (under warranty). To summarize, he was there on a Saturday for just over 2 hours and he charged $3,745 for a job that he could not warranty for more than one year. Google search showed that jetting a 12 foot sewer pipe should cost $200 to $400. We were SCAMMED by this company. They took advantage of our inexperienced and naive daughter. We wrote Jason Harris, the company president, a letter saying we were prepared to pay them a generous $865 for the job, but he refused and said he would put a lien on our house if we reversed our daughter’s credit card payment.

I had called to get cost before scheduling and was not told about the credit card charge, not a big deal as $334 still reasonable for this work -- just would have been nice to know in advance.

I got a quote when I called the company to drain and clean the septic tank for $305 when he drained the tank he refused to clean it he told me I have to pay over $100 more to clean it while he was preparing to pack up and go I noticed that everything was clogged I told him and instead of fixing the problem that was created after he pumped out the septic tank he told me to take the hose and do it my self I had to pay extra money for somebody to fix the problem so for this I will be generous not to give an F

The tank was at that time when for maintenance purposes it needed to be drained. With lockdown and some family returning home, the system was getting more of a workout. I called (Wed) and they were able to set an appointment for me the next time they were in my area (following Mon). I was scheduled for the 2nd stop, but unfortunately, due to an emergency call, I was bumped to the following slot. Upon arrival, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was set up and underway shortly after arriving. The process and clean up were effortless on my part, the technician took care of everything. They have done multiple services for and to my septic system over the years. I highly recommend them.

This is a revised review, from my 1/24/20 original review. The owner of the company responded and explained what happened and mailed a $100 refund check for the difference of what I was overcharged . For this reason I sincerely believe a mistake was made and corrected by the owner and would like to say I appreciate it and would use them again . As I mentioned in my original review the technician was knowledgeable and the work was completed to my satisfaction .

maintance on my septic tank requires it to be pumped out every 3 years. I called around and got good quote for pump out from All About Septic Service Inc and I made an appointment for 10 am. The lady I spoke to said that they would call when they were on their way. I received call and they could arrive before 10 am and I said ok. The arrived located the lid to my septic tank and pumped it out and hosed down the interior of the tank. put lid back on along with sod on top and as of today you can not tell were they worked on the tank.. They were very knowledgeable and will use then again when the next 3 years is up

Gentleman showed up (I had no idea where the tank was) and found the tank within 5 minutes. Minimal digging to access, pumped as advertised. Really did a fantastic job, highly recommend.

The office returned my call within a few hours which was lovely since we were having backups and had never dealt with a septic system before. The app't was set for 2 days after the call and the service team showed up promptly just when they said they would be there. And, the office called in advance of arrival. The team was very efficient, got us running smoothly again and were extremely helpful as far as teaching us about how to treat our system. Done and gone within 45 minutes! Will definitely hire again as needed (every three years) and are recommending to our neighbors!

A company is only as good as their technicians and the guy they sent out was top notch! I had already spent over a thousand dollars with another septic company to "fix" my problem and they just sat around and never even diagnosed the actual problem, just kept trying to upsell me services that I did not need and my pump kept alarming. I called All About Septic and he obviously knew what he was talking about. He worked nonstop even coming back the next day to make sure the job was done and fixed everything. It has been 9 months and we have had no problems with the pump working correctly or flow issues through the discharge line. I would 100% recommend this company for septic repairs.

The guys showed up and were there on time. They taught me some things about the septic tank I didn’t know such as the maintenance on the filter that is in there and how to trouble shoot backups etc. When it came to the workings of the system they were very helpful including telling me about the oak tree across the street and the damage it will do to my field if I don’t take some preventative maintenance with copper sulfate. The only eye opening experience was as when the guy told me that they know it’s a good live tank when they see flies come out when the tank is opened. That the “bacteria turn into those little flies”. I kept my mouth shut but it did put some questions in my mind about how much other stuff he may have told me was inaccurate.

Excellent… And the guys came, were very professional and neat and identified a couple of problems that would probably have been overlooked by less thorough technician. Great service, would recommend them to anyone.

They were very good. There was no additional cost. They came as promised and they weren't here more than and hour and a half and then they were done. They were really quick. They were very honest with me on price. I thought the price was a little high for the amount of time they took to finish. They told me it really didn't need pumping yet. If I needed their service in the future, I would use them again but we live in a senior community now.

Took two calls for someone to come out, they didn’t call before they came out as they said they would. Get a call our tank is not accessible and they can’t check it. They want $125 for showing up for 15 mins. No prior contact about cost, no invoice showing what they even did. I go to pay with credit card and they want an additional 2.5-3% for credit card fees. I ask about $10 off Angie’s list coupon. They agree to accept it. I check my credit card and I see they billed me $242.05. I call back a few days later and they refund me the difference to make it $125 however now they refuse to honor the $10 Angie’s list coupon.

They told me they would be here at 9 a.m. and they never showed up even after multiple calls to the office to find out their status. I called the office at 9:40 and no one picked up. I left a message and no one called me back. I called back and the woman who answered the phone made some excuse about truck problems this morning, and she asked the technician to call me, but he never did. I called back at 10:30 and she did say she was as frustrated as I was, and she would have the owner call the guys who were supposed to be here and "get him involved." She was nice and I do understand she had no control over the situation. I had to arrange my work schedule around this service call and it threw my entire day off. I was counting on them to be on time with the scheduled time they said. That didn't happen. In fact, the last time I called at 11:50 a.m. the woman still had no idea when they would arrive. Also, I had this company do this same work in March 2015 and the price was $180. This time it was $225. The woman I spoke to mentioned that the increase was due to where they can dispose of the sludge (it is now further away).

I initially called this company on my own, based on the reviews on Angie's List, and left a message but got no return phone call. That was disappointing. But via my plumber, Jason with All About Septic Services was assigned our pump out and he was fantastic! Very personable, knowledgable and understood my concerns. We are newer owners of the property and with his experience we figured the tank hadn't been pumped out in YEARS! He told us the best ways to maintain the system and answered ALL of our questions! He was great and I would recommend him to everyone! Hurry and call him, he's a busy man!!!!

These guys are awesome. I submitted a request on New Year's Day and they called me on New Year's Day! We agreed on a day and time and I called my wife from work to make sure they had arrived and they were already done! Awesome company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough good things.

They did a great job. They did not charge anything more than the $210 that I paid for the Big Deal. It was a good deal, for one thing. My other company tried to charge me for $250 and they didn’t do a good job. They do a good job for a good price.

Took forever to permit.......not their fault. ran into problems with cutting irrigation lines. they probably wished they never took my job but in the end all was good. a very professional company, hard working crew, great communicators.

The technician called and explained that he was running a bit ahead of schedule, and inquired if he could come a 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was fine with us. The 2 technicians arrived a half hour later, both soaking wet as it had been raining most of the day. My husband knew where the entry to our septic system was located, so he technicians did not have to spend a lot of time poking around/digging up our lawn to find it. Despite the rain, they went about their work, and finished in less than a half hour. The technician detected the beginnings of a clog, which he was able to resolve, noting that it was fortunate that we had called and scheduled the "pump out" when we did, for if the clog had become more significant it probably within a month or so our septic system might have started backing up. He inspected the septic system and found everything to be in order (not suggesting unnecessary expensive repairs that friends have experienced with other septic companies), and offered some helpful advice to add liquid RidX (via the toilets) within the next few days, and then again every couple of months, to help insure the continued sustainability of our septic system. After completing the "pump out", the two technicians put back the portion of our lawn that they had had to cut back in order to access the entry to our septic system. We were very happy with the service provided and would definitely utilize the services of this company again (especially since they are competitive with, or less expensive than some of the other septic servicing companies), and recommend them to others.
