Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled. I would recommend him or have him return for another job. I am very happy with my replacement toilet as well as Toby's excellent service!

Mr. Rhodes wore a mask and was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options for repairs and promptly proceeded without judgement, regarding my needing the least expensive repair. Dwayne came and first tried to snake blockage which was more than 150 feet down line, when that didn't work he fired up the jet hose and got the job done. Excellent focus, understood the problem and did not give up until they fixed it. Highly recommended.

I selected a professional from Angie's List after I read the reviews of other customers and Rooter One was the company that I chose because of the reviews given by customers which was very good. I called Rooter One left my information to be contacted and I received a telephone call from Ms. Paige who was very pleasant and a professional she scheduled me an appointment that was convenient for me. I would like to thank her for her kind attitude. Mr. Peter Santiago the plumbing technician came to my home and he introduced himself to me and he was a professional very polite. Mr. Santiago ask me to explain in more detailed what my family was experienced with the plumbing problems and I informed him that the toilets, tub, and shower water and sewage was coming up through the areas. Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. I was a little frustrated because of the situation at my home he made me feel comfortable and assured me that he will take care of the issues. Mr. Santiago provided me the estimate to complete the job he ask me would I like him to perform the task of making a evaluation on the sinks, tub, shower, and toilets with in the 🏡 home he check the water levels, and flow everything on home was not working properly so he proceeded outside and he checked the lines opened the main water sources removed the caps and the water was over flowing he explained to me that he would like to clear the lines and give me the price to complete the jobs i agreed with the price which I felt was reasonable for the job. He completed the job and he informed me that the main lines was full of toilet paper a lot of paper. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. Mr. Peter Santiago did an excellent job he was a professional the entire time, very courteous, with a warm 😃 smile. I watched him for a short time as he was completing the job he didn't say anything just 😃 smile and continued working. I saw this as a technician that is confident in what he's doing and not concerned if I was observing his work. I will use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs because of Mr Santiago he is definitely an access to this company and I will request him to return to my 🏡 home when or if I need assistance in the future. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is about as untrustworthy and dishonest as it comes. I don't know how you have a five star rating unless they have had office and family fill out their reviews. They were paid to clear a line that is clogged ($290) and days later it's clogged again and backed up. My teneants have not been flushing toilet paper for the last 5 days since the work was done, but instead putting it in the trash. They were also paid to empty the tank up to 1000 gallons which ours is 750 gallons and it was half way emptied as per a second company we had come out after them. They tried to supply pictures saying later it was cleaned, but that was after they have been back out to finish the job. They said they were going to go back out tho flush the line properly this time, but are now claiming they are not going out and doing any more business during the corona virus, so they are sorry. I will make sure the state of Florida follows up on when I file the complaint against their license. They shouldn't be in business. If you have problems also you need to contact the sate of florida and file a complaint also.

I sent you guys an email and got no response. He quoted me a price when he first got there which was fine. He had to go buy two parts at Home Depot which for less than $35 and when he finish the job all of a sudden the price doubled Paige in the office said she will get with the technician and ask him about it she never did call back I called her like three times

I had Rooter One install my new kitchen faucet. After about 3 weeks I noticed a very slight leak. I called Rooter One on New Years Day and Lawrence came out the very next day. Lawrence found the cause of the leak and he fixed it. The leak was caused by the faucet mounting being smaller than the original.

Excellent, Toby could not have been more thorough, or professional in the suggestions he offered and the work he and his co-hart performed. Even though they were not the least expensive their workmanship was worth every penny. I would recommend Rooter One and Toby to anyone with a large or small job.

The price for their services pumping my septic tank was extremely over priced the average was $265. I paid Meeks Plumbing $260.00 and they did a awesome job and educated me on my septic system. Rooter One quoted me$375 for the first 1000 pounds that was a rip-off

Excellent, Toby provided constructive suggestions for the plumbing work to be performed, and did a super job! While his price was not the least expensive it was competitive. He ensured there were no leak before he left and even our maintenance men commented that his work "was first class". We were so impressed we are looking at having Toby do some smaller plumbing work in the individual units. We would recommend Toby and Rooter One to anyone no matter a big or small job.

Peter did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet and then he replaced the cold water shut off valve that was leaking. I am very happy with the results.
