Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up. I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed many electrical issues (over $10,000 worth). Of the three electricians who came out. Only William Schultz from Positricity spent several hours going over my needs and making safety recommendations for what needed to be done. Before he left that day, I had his quote in a PDF sent to email in box. The others spent less than an hour and tried to up sell me items I thought about but weren’t on my punch list. He also gave me the name and brochure of the Pinellas Executive Association which his company is a member of and seemed like a good organization of professionals. This is where I found the carpenter I used, that is another story. I found William to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field.
