They did an amazing job. They came out fast and fixed my smoke detectors by replacing all the bad detectors. They also put in higher standard detectors.

Perfect, but seemed a little pricy.

They got to the time and said they wont be able to make it so they want to reschedule another day and we said we waited a week and a half would not recommend them.

They are professional, quick, responsive, and show up on time.

Perfect. In particular, the electrician they sent, Drew was great to work with.

Found the problem immediately and reorganized the wiring to fit properly in the box.

One guy started the job hurt, another guy came out and did a little. The next time another guy came out and so it went. We were told it would take 5 days, it took 2 1/2 months, the box is a mess inside and outside. The boss was supposed to come and look at it but never did. It looks like I am stuck with a mess because I trusted Angie’s list

Didn't go well at all. Received 2 phone calls to confirm appointment and appointment time. Confirmed both times. Set for 12-2pm. Took time off work to be there. Tech was a no call no show. At 3pm tech called to say he was on his way. Obviously cancelled that. Will not do business with.

Very well. Completed 4 different projects in different places in the house.

Allen was our Tech. He was at the door at 8 am on the dot. Quoted a very reasonable price and started on job immediately. Very impressed with his speed, knowledge and friendly professional manner. Did not try to up sell services. Will have him back to replace and upgrade our service panel in the near future.

The problem was found, replacement parts were provided, and all work completed that same day. The electrician was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the way my problem was handled.

Best customer service! I submitted a request for quotes and Luminous called me with a few minutes and setup an appointment. They sent reminders and when the the electrician was on the way, they sent a text and an email with info about him and a picture of him. The electrician showed up early and provided a free estimate. After an hour, we decided to move forward with the planned work. He showed up in the afternoon and was able to remove the old under cabinet lighting and install the new lighting. Very professional and did a great job. Best customer service that I have had with a contracting company. Highly recommend Luminous Electric!!!

Our technician actually was here early because he was running ahead of schedule. He was very knowledgeable in how to replace the receiver. He also did another repair for us while he was here. Very professional. Would definitely hire them again.
