I text/called him throughout the project and he quickly would give feedback or answer questions. He stood by me throughout the entire project. Eric and Dave was always on top of every aspect of the project which was reassuring. The quality of the work was amazing. We were completely blown away by the skill and workmanship of the travertine coping by Washington. Washington also installed the glass tile which I was worried about but turned out beautiful and installed perfectly. Orlando and his team that installed the travertine deck did a wonderful job as well and we are thrilled with the finished look. These men were professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about Justin with his help on pool maintenance. I really appreciated all his patience with my calls/text. Justin gave me pool pump 101 with hands on instructions and stated to call/text even after the final payment is made if I had additional questions or concerns. This is a Top notch family run business and it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer throughout the entire project. "Corey from Waterbanks Pool installations came here June 27 presented to us what he could do as far as installation of the pool. I sent him a $800 Venmo payment to guarantee he would come and do installation July 11 after the deposit was sent. I found out he was not licensed or insured. On the day he was to arrive between 830 and 9 AM but did not arrive until 1030 when he was in transit, he sent me a message stating that he wanted the remainder of the $1800 in cash. He arrived and began leveling the remainder of the dig for the pool to be level then proceeded to install the pool at around 8:30 that evening. He said I m gonna have to come back. It s getting dark at that point he has to be paid in full stating that he would come back and finish it on the 13th. we said we would not pay him until the job was complete at which point he became angry and said well I will just stay and do it now then so he installed all the return hoses and the pumps which included having to cut holes in the vinyl for the return and the pump that filters water through the pool he came to the door at 9:45 stating that he was finished so we paid him and he left the next day when we started to fill the pool. We checked the water level and noticed that there was a huge hole in the vinyl linerwhere the water flow valve was at. So I immediately sent him a picture and a text asking if this was correct or if it was wrong and we called and left a voicemail. He has not contacted us or acknowledged the damage to the Pool at this point. Also, all the connections that he made hooking up the pump filter system in the motors are all leaking."
