While their prices were a bit higher than other options, we felt confident they would live up to their strong reputation—and they absolutely did. The pool was completed ahead of the projected schedule, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. A special shoutout to our Project Manager, Reid, who went above and beyond by answering all of our questions, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’re looking to build your dream pool, don’t be tempted to cut corners just to save a few bucks. Larsen Pool & Spa exceeded our expectations, and we’re thrilled with the final product!

Update Sept 2024 - 4 years after install update. Larsens continues to be available and VER responsive to my needs and minor issues. I have had 4 friends use Larsen and they all had a great experience as well! look nowhere else. They care and deliver from the first hello to all your needs! Cathy Falkner is a all star for getting things done! 2020 I had a difficult pool design along with extensive pavers and changing a existing pool configuration substantially. All of the team members were fantastic to work with, I received multiple renderings of exactly what I was buying from Dan Meyer so there was no guesswork. Dan was thoughtful, helpful and very responsive. John Martin and his teams managed a multifaceted executions and the end product is absolutely beautiful. I spoke in depth with 5 of the premier pool builders. None cared or earned the right for my business like Larsen. Definitely include them in your mix. Larsen's remodeled our pool in June 2023 and I intentionally waited a year to write this review so I could see how the support was after the work was complete. Larsen's has been top notch the entire time! Dan was our sales rep and he was incredibly thorough during the estimate. He truly wanted to understand how we would be using the pool, which resulted in great ideas and considerations we had not previously considered. He provided multiple detailed 3D renderings (we changed things multiple times) which really gave us an idea of what the final result would look like. Once we agreed to move forward, John was assigned as our project manager. He was onsite during every phase of the work to ensure it all went according to plan. Communication was awesome, he returned calls quickly and was always more than willing to answer questions and address our concerns. The front desk staff have also been great. After the project was complete, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed (tile grout was missing in a few spots and a few small rust stains appeared) and they were always very responsive, quickly notified the right people to get them out to fix the issues and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. I can't recommend Larsen's enough! The entire process was seamless and they absolutely delivered on everything they promised. 10 out of 10, would absolutely hire them again in an instant!

Larsen's installed our pool in 2019. It still looks and feels great. They helped with a recent service call as we needed help in adjusting valves. Michael did an excellent job for us and patiently retaught us a few things we had forgotten. Everyone at the company is kind & professional over and over.

Even though it's a long process from start to finish, we're so happy that Larsen's Pool has done building a beautiful pool to enjoy Florida outdoor. Julie the designer helped design an awesome pool with all spectacular features that we can spend hours outside. Can't have the super pool without the super blue prints. Elicia and Molly at the office took care of all necessary procedures and paperwork. It's an ease to get through the finance steps. The crews did amazing jobs finishing the construction phases correctly and on time. Well the last step before inspection took a little long but it's done. Larsen's would be the best with more communication and prompt responses.

Everything turned out better than expected. Completed the project in less than a month for a complete renovation.

We did our due diligence in researching a reputable pool company in the Tampa Bay area. We chose Larsen’s Pool & Spa to create our outdoor living space with no regrets. Larsen’s completed the job without delay and exceeded our expectations! Our experience at the design center with Adam was amazing. He was very professional, kind and courteous. He acknowledged our ideas, shared his thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. Our design was transformed on a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. It was a pleasure working with Adam. Our construction manager Reid was very knowledgable, possesses excellent communication skills, well-organized and displayed professionalism. Reid was on-site and proactive during construction. He clearly communicated every step with us, by keeping us informed and always returning our calls. He truly cared about our project, and it showed in his attention to details. Reid’s hard work, continuous efforts and organization skills were the driving force to keep things moving forward with an end result of our project being completed prior to the date promised. He is an asset to Larsen’s and we are grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get the job done! After our pool and spa were installed we had the pleasure to work with Justin. He completed our initial pool startup. Justin was very kind, considerate and patient. We appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for our pool. They got the job done in a timely manner, professional throughout, and contacted us when a critical decision needed to be made. A bit more expensive than some of our other quotes, but in my opinion, well worth it for the speed and quality.

From start to finish, Larsen's was a pleasure to work with on our pool and deck renovation. They patiently accommodated us while we changed our minds multiple times about the material and color selections, and helped make the selection process easier by generating 3D visualizations of what each option would look like. During construction they kept me informed at each stage and didn't seem to mind me hovering about as they worked. When I did spot some things I was concerned about (mostly esthetic in nature) they were quick to address them without excuses or complaint. In fact, they proactively noticed an issue with the shipment of travertine and sent it back to the supplier TWICE until they were satisfied with the quality of the stone. Now finished, they are still coming by multiple times per week to make sure the pool chemicals are at the right balance, all while teaching me how to maintain it myself going forward. I highly recommend Larsen's if you're considering a renovation. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience with Larson pools! Our project manager, Reid, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us informed every step of the way. The process moved very fast once permits were done, I think there was only one week were we did not have something being done. If we had a question or needed anything, the office staff was helpful and quick to reply. I waited over a year to write this review, just to ensure I was still happy - and we are!!! I have recommended several friends to Larsen - one is now having their pool built with them. Eric will tell you that they are a bit more expensive than other builders - but it is worth every penny. No delays and excellent service. Definitely recommend.

I don’t think you’ll find a better company to build you pool in Tampa than Larsen’s. They are big enough to do an amazing job…and fast. But they are small enough to give you personal attention throughout the entire process. We absolutely love our new pool!!

I don't often write reviews, but in this case, Larsen's has earned it. From the start of design to the completion of the pool, I have found everyone to be very professional and considerate of my time and concerns. If I had it to do all over again, I would choose Larsen's.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Larsen’s Pool! From going under contract to project completion, all members of their team were responsive, helpful and ensured that everything was completed to satisfaction. We were pleased with how quickly our project was completed and have been using our Pool and Spa every day since it was completed!

We had a fantastic experience with Larsen’s Pool and Spa! The process began with a welcome call from the owner, Eric Larsen. He listened to our wants and was thoughtful when choosing the designer to assign to the project. The designing phase began with an in-home meeting with Dan who we worked with during the entire pool design phase. He was very detail-oriented, a great listener, and was willing to tweak the design several times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We received designs from multiple different companies, and Dan's design was the best. Not only did he integrate our wishes, but also came up with inventive ideas to integrate into our backyard space. After we finalized the big picture design, we met with Dan at the Larsen's Pool and Spa office to pick out the specific travertine, tiles, and other finishing options. Dan and the company were very transparent throughout the entire process. We always knew the price for each design, option, and upgrade with no surprises. This experience was very different than with the other companies we received quotes from. The cliché about getting what you pay for is very true (in a positive matter of speaking) when it comes to Larsen's Pool and Spa. Their price is very fair for the great product and service you receive. Once the project and digging actually began, Dan handed us over to Reid, who managed the construction phase. Like Eric and Dan, Reid was also outstanding! He did a great job keeping things on schedule and talking us through what to expect. He was there to handle any small changes or fixes that became necessary throughout the construction. Again, with no surprise costs! Our project had a lot of unique features - elevation change, waterfalls, and a slide, and not only did Reid keep the project moving quickly, but actually finished it ahead of schedule! Once the pool was filled with water, Justin and Mike came to start-up our pool and teach us how to run everything. Reid, Justin, and Mike continue to be available to answer questions about the functionality and maintenance well after completion. Larsen's Pool and Spa is not only by your side during the project, but they stay by your side while you enjoy your pool for years to come. If you have any questions or issues, they are there to help, which is very different from other companies that once paid will just disappear. We are thrilled with how our pool turned out and definitely recommend Larsen's Pool and Spa to anyone choosing a pool company. And hopefully, if you do choose Larsen's, you will be lucky enough to work with Dan and Reid as we can't recommend them enough.

My wife and I purchased a new residence in the Tampa area and we needed a reset on the pool under the lanai and wanted to add a spa to the pool. Eric Larsen and Larsen Pool & Spa were recommended to us so we interviewed Eric and his team. Their cumulative knowledge and experience sold as immediately. Our pool was a free form design so designing a spa to match the pool was a challenge. Larsen’s pool designer was up for the challenge and their engineer , John, was able to bring the unique spa design to life. The crews of workers who prepped, cratered, rebuilt and finished the product were reliable and professional. If there were any questions I called Eric and he quickly responded and resolved any and all questions. Larsen’s Pool & Spa are not the low cost provider in pool/spa construction; they are the best in value and reliability in pool/spa construction. Highly recommended pool company! As a new pool customer, Larsen’s Pool & Spa exceeded our expectations by showcasing quality workmanship and expertise. With Adam’s designing skills and Drew’s project management, we ended up with a pool we originally envisioned. As new pool customers, we didn’t know what to expect, however, we found all the employees to be professional, timely in work competition, and very customer friendly. Justin and Michael’s pool school at the end of the project, was exceptional and very informative. This company stands by their workmanship and it shows with the finished product. We did a travertine decking, sun shelf, and modern pool design, very happy customers!

Pool & Spa was complete in 50 days by Larsens! Can't get better than that. There is no other company I would trust in the Tampa Bay Area to build a pool. Julie is an amazing pool designer who is patient, responsive, and detail-oriented. Reid is a great problem-solver who keeps the project on schedule. All the sub-contractors were equally as great. We truly appreciate Larsen's going above and beyond for our family to get the pool and spa built quickly and professionally. I will recommend them over and over. Proud to have a Larsen's pool.

My pool was completed a couple of months ago and my experience with Larsen’s Pools was nothing short of AMAZING! When I started my search for a pool company, I had a lot of concerns and I spoke to several pool builders. After speaking to Eric Larsen, the owner and sharing with him my vision, I was very impressed with his commitment to maintaining his company’s reputation for excellence. He put together a team to make my vision a reality, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I needed personalized attention and I got just that from Daniel, Reid, and the wonderful, amazing office personnel who patiently walked me through this enormous process. Justin and Mike helped me with the pool start up and continue to be there for me with any questions and assistance that I might need. Highly recommend this pool builder. We were building a home and wanted to build a pool as soon as we close. I researched a lot of builders and got estimates. Although Larsen’s was much expensive than the rest, I eventually decided to go with them. With great reviews, no complaints in BBB and amazing warranty, it made me confident that even with higher cost, it would be better in the long run. their lifetime warranties gave me a piece of mind that if something happens in the future, I’ll be taken cared of. Everyone in their team are amazing. Julie with design, Elicia with coordinating and Reid as our supervisor are all amazing to work with. Eric, the owner personally called and introduced himself. Assured me that we are in great hands. We signed contract in August, closed on our home in Dec 16 and by January 4th, we started our dig. By March 10th, although coldish, my son was able to swim. There were no delays, no week went by that no one was our house. Work area was not a mess and everything was done professionally and our final product looks amazing! It is simple and modern. Our spa is sunken/infinity and the way they did the engineering is amazing! I dont even have bubblers, which I didnt like to begin with, but the water still flows and circulates from the pool to the spa. We are very happy with our pool! Thank you Larsen’s!!

I have multiple estimates considering the size of the project. The moment Dan Meyer, our designer came to give us our estimate, my instinct told me larsens was the one to go with. I trusted them and they delivered from start to finish. From dig (excavation) day to pool in the water literally only took 4 and a half weeks. We are impressed and could not have asked for a better pool company to build our pool for us. Thank you Eric and entire larsens team for all that you do.
