We are a Licensed and Insured Fence Contractor. We specialize in all type of fencing for residential and commercial.
"We had a wooden fence installed in our home 6/19/23. The large gate that we have is not closing correctly. Where the hinge is located the wood is cracking down the middle of the board. The gate is hanging incorrectly and not allowing the fence to lock. Additionally, we were told the fence would take a couple months for the green pressure treated material to dry out an disappear. It has now been 11 months and it's still shown throughout the whole fence. We have email, text messaged and WhatsApp messaged Tony over 10 times and no answers. We it came time to initial payment, material payment and final payment they had no trouble to constantly calling and emailing for payment. Now that we need them to repair incorrect installment, they act in bad faith."

"Even though it was a small job, he was awesome! He kept his word on his scheduling. He was punctual. Had all the tools and even suggested little enhancements to gate. Definitely will use again if I need to repair or redo my gate. He was polite as well with good energy. He reinforced and realigned the post. He realigned that fence door. He secured the chainlink from moving. He even did touch-up paint too. Great service! Thanks for the help."

We are fence contractors. Able to install all types of fences from privacy fence to any type of decorative fence. We install wood. Dura fence . Aluminum fencing any style . We work residential and commercial and industrial work.
"Ultra Fencing started the project with several issues to occur throughout the project. 1) The first issue to occur was when their contractor came to dig the holes in which the damaged FPL lines and AT&T fiber optic line which put my neighbors electricity. 2) The second issue was that the holes were dugout were not done right ; the posts were set incorrectly and the holes were not in a straight line around the perimeter of my property (I have photos and videos throughout the process). 3) The third issue was the gate door was delayed due to door maker needing to leave the country and I was give a temporary door with no locks or a sense of security to my backyard/home. 4) Inspectors from the Miami-Dade County came two separate times and the fence failed inspection; the fence was wobbling, the aluminum posts were not installed. The inspector spoke with the company and told them they needed to put the aluminum post and concrete in the PVC posts which they failed to do. This is all documented on the permit. 5) The owner of Ultra Fencing, Lazaro Torres, was extremely unprofessional and never communicated to me about when the project would be completed, nor when the fence workers would arrive to my home. I attempted several phone calls, texts and emails to get in connect with him with the failed inspections and I never got a call back. 6) Lastly, his workers showed up April 15th.2024 at 10:30 am to remove the fence without my knowledge. It made me extremely uncomfortable and had to put my daughter in a position to speak to the workers about not starting the removal until I had clear written consent from Lazaro by text to continue with the work. I am honestly so disappointed in my experience with how this went after going through all the proper channels to get my fence done right. I now have no fence and lack of privacy and security worries me."

Yes, you should confirm that the fencing installer you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. In most cases they do not need a specific fencing license, but rather a general contractor’s license. Hiring a licensed contractor protects you as a homeowner from fraud, poor work, and potential legal woes.

Before you hire a fence installer to build you the fence of your dreams for your yard, it’s important to set expectations up front by asking questions. Some questions to consider include:
Do you offer a warranty?
Do you offer financing or a payment plan?
Do you have references?
Do you have photos of previous work?
What type of fencing materials do you work with?

Do you have references?
Are all fasteners exterior (galvanized)?
How deep are you concreting the post?
What is the lowest maintenance fencing?
How will you deal with slopes?

Only some fences require a permit to build. Factors like where you live, how tall your fence will be, and where in your yard you plan to build all impact the need to have a permit. Below are a few examples of when a permit is needed; it’s always best to check with your fence installer to confirm if a permit is required.
Generally, if you live somewhere rural, like on a farm, there’s a good chance you will not need a fence permit. However, you will most likely need a permit if you live in a highly-populated area. In addition, many privacy fences in your backyard won’t need a permit if it is 6 feet or shorter. However, you might need a permit for anything over 3.5 feet in your front yard.

Any solid panels over 8 feet in height will require a permit, while a 2-foot lattice top on a 6-foot fence does not require a permit.

Permit requirements can vary, so it's best to check with your county and municipality. Your fence contractor should be able to help confirm the specific requirements.

If you are digging in the ground, then yes. If it's just a repair with no digging, then no.
Answered by Terri Webb at Webb's Fencing & Repairs, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 01/17/25
The average cost to install a fence is between $1,760 and $4,500. These costs are what an average homeowner spends, but you might spend more or less depending on several factors. For a smaller DIY project, you might get away with spending as little as $430, or for a much larger project (like fencing for a 5-acre yard), you can spend in excess of $43,000.
Besides the size of your yard, other factors like your fence material, fence height, site prep, and additional fence features like gates all impact the overall cost. Additionally, the high cost of raw materials and manufacturing can all make the overall price tag higher.

The overall cost of a fence project depends on numerous factors, including the size of your yard, fence material, fence height, site preparation, and additional features like gates.

Specific pricing varies drastically based on material choices and options. Length of fence, height, and gate options all are contributing factors that will determine the overall cost of a fence. Typically a per foot price can be given that ranges from $20-$50 per linear foot for installations.
Answered by Todd Rosier at A Plus Fencing Solutions in Yakima, WA on 01/08/25
It all depends on the specifications of the fence, such as linear footage, gate installations, demolition and haul-off, and other factors.
Answered by Connor Andrews at Craftsman Fence, LLC in Kirkland, WA on 01/22/25
It depends on the type of fence, the scope of work, and other factors.

Fence installers typically charge by the hour when working on a project. Typically, you can expect to pay around $50 per hour for fence installation. Your project might take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the length of your fence, overall project complexity, and fence type.
