I called this company yesterday and left a message. They did not reply. I called them again, and they did not answer..just hung up the phone. Obviously, not a professional company.

Perfect. Robert was an amazing professional. He completed our job and went above and beyond to make us happy. I would highly recommend him.

Hercules Fence installed a wood fence at our property. They did a great job, and they helped us a lot. We were originally going to have a lot of fence but Bob showed us how to configure the fence to accomplish what we wanted to do with less fence. They saved us a lot of money. They really treated us like human beings. Thanks to Bob and James they were the best.

We have paid to much money, the repair looks very unprofessional. We would never call you again for any REPAIR!

It went great! The post was concreted in when they showed up so the job was fairly extensive. They replaced it and it looks good as new! I am very satisfied with the experience I had. The owner of the company, Bob Grissey, came out for the estimate. After the estimate James came to do the work. They were both punctual, polite, and respectful. I would highly recommend them to others.

As soon as permit was issued, work began. Had to wait for the Thunderstorms to stop to continue work. The final inspection was passed and Release of lien issued. These guys should hold classes on how to run a business.

Mr Bob came over, took measurement, asked me for my email address and has not contacted me since. This was on Tues the 5th and it’s now Friday and nothing. I would of at least had appreciated a call saying he was not able to do the job but I’m so glad I saw him for what he is now before I would of hired him.

Bob showed up promptly, took measurements and said I will call you tomorrow to give you a quote, that was April 23rd and I have called him several times and does not return my calls. Do not use this company, there are others out there that are responsible and need the work.

I spoke with Bob on 9/25/17 and he told me he would come on 9/26/17 late morning. At around 10:30 he called me to notify me that he was running late and he would be at my house at around noon. I told him that's ok. I waited until 2:32 and he still had not come. When I called him he told me had some other jobs and he wasn't sure he could make it that day. I told him not to come at all. I'll call another company. I understand everyone runs late sometimes but at least give a courtesy call which he did but then give a follow up call if you're running later than you stated but at least have the courtesy to call again to let the person know so that they won't waste a workday waiting.

Probably if he is not interested at least he could let us know that he is unable to do our job.

Spoke with Bob yesterday. We scheduled an appointment for today between 10:30 and 11:00 am. Took off half a day of work to be there. Bob said that he'd call when he was on his way. Was a no show. I called 3 times and left a message. Didn't event bother to give us a courtesy call with an apology or explanation. We will not be using this company.

Miami Fence was a real pleasure to deal with and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and great service.

Bob called me the same day I left him a message! He came the same day to give me the estimate of what needed to be done! It was a little pricy but I liked Bob, he was very knowledgeable and what he explained to me made sense! he came back with the doors exactly when he said he would. One of the doors did not fit properly so he took it back to fixed it. A few days later he was back to finished job. We are very satisfy! the doors are not exactly the way they were, but fit and work properly!

We were told that the job would take 3 days I took 3 days off work but the job took 5 weeks. Communication was poor, he was not dependable at all. When I would communicate with him he would tell me that he would come to work on the fence and not show up. No phone call or text. I will say that after 5 weeks and much aggravation we have a beautiful fence.

Provider was reasonably responsive to messages but did not show for agreed upon time for home consultation/estimate. No email, no message, no show. Will not contact again. Rushed home from work to be there- wasted my time.

They did a good job. I liked the quality of the work that I've got. Their prices were the same as everybody else. They were the most responsive of the ones I talked to.

Mr. Crissey is a nice man. I liked him. However, of the four estimates, his was the second highest. He had to postpone his estimating visit for a day. Then, it took him a reminder from me to send an estimate about 10 days later.

Promised to come for a quote 3 times and never showed up.

Gates are outstanding. Workmanship is good. Meticulous as to measurements. Time to complete the job took longer than anticipated, but if you are not under any deadline the work product is worth waiting for.

HONEST, professional, and courteous. Bob came to assess my fence for dog-proofing after we got a new puppy. Ended up not going forward with the project now, but would definitely use this company in the future.

They never showed, never called, have not heard from them.
