"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

Joe of APD made a personal visit and gave a detailed explanation of the process his company would use to stabilize the spa. He also advised of any possible concerns. A reasonable price was also provided. We had full confidence in Joe and APD. However, shortly after his visit, a storm caused significant additional damage to the spa and we were forced to go in a different direction and have the spa removed. They were good at communicating with us throughout the project, even though we were only on site at few times during the process. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. They gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased.
