Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Too expensive , no quality job at all

It went very well. The representatives came out and did exactly what we needed in a timely manner. Result was perfect.

Great. Our house was built of the river in 1960 and was showing serious signs of sinking and cracking both inside & outside. NSquare installers were fabulous. The crew was on time, professional, and worked in a no nonsense way. The foremans were on top of all the work being done and made sure everything was done properly, safely, & get the job done in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Thanks to all the NSquare staff throughout the entire process, from contract to completion.

I would never use them again. they did a terrible job. they did not do anything that I asked them to do. They also gave one price, but when they are going to do the work they said that some job was not included into the price, so I have to argue with them. I will not refer them.
