I had a mold issue in my home that require remediation in a bedroom and bathroom, and additional repairs in the garage and kitchen. They went above and beyond in the quality of work performed, and were incredibly professional. They even kept quiet during my daughter’s naps. They are the best hire I have every made for any work needing to be done. And the amount Jim charges is straight forward and very reasonable. Be sure to go with PMG!

Description of Work: After hurrican IRMA I went to find someone on 9/13 who could provide waterproofing support to my home’s foundation which had leaked during the storm. PMG (Jim Hubert) immediately agreed to come out to my home to discuss the work and provide an estimate. After arriving we discussed the work and he stated he could complete the work 9/14-9/15 and would send me a written estimate once he returned to his office. That was the last I heard from him. Jim wouldn't answer his phone nor return my calls after leaving voicemail. Today 10/2/17, Jim Hubert is still not answering his phone or returning my calls. I don't understand why he just doesn't tell me he doesn't want to do the work so I can pursue other options.

+ -1 moreJim responded promptly & saved my carpet, baseboards & wallboards by showing up 3 times to advise me exactly what to do & measuring where there was still moisture, what had dried & which areas needed more attention. As a direct result of his outstanding help I was able do everything myself, avoid filing a homeowner's insurance claim & hiring a remediation company. Because of prior similar flooding a few years ago my insurance agent felt my insurance company would drop me such that I'd end up paying much more elsewhere. At the the end of the 3d visit Jim declined to accept my offer to pay him & even recommended who to call to reattach my carpet. In sum, Jim Hubert is a jewell! His cell # is (727) 992-5246. I can't speak highly enough about him!!!
Description of Work: My toilet tank overflowed flooding my carpet. Jim Yeager of Yeager Flooring in NPR recommended Jim Hubert with PMG, Inc. in Port Richey for advice on how to dry it & deal with issues re mold/mildew under the carpet & in the baseboards & wallboards.

+ 1 moreJim did all the clean out and repair inside and out. He did a fine job, going well beyond required. His experience told him to check the areas in the living room even though it wasn't visible. That definitely paid off for me. The outside was more involved and it now looks great. I feel very secure that Jim did a fine job. He is smart, experienced and reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Water was coming into the house from a crack. It cause mold in my closet bedroom and living room. It required extra because some of the water was behind a wood plank faced wall so it wasn't visible. He repaired the outside wall noting and repairing areas not managed well in the past.

+ 3 moreI cannot say enough great things about Jim. ?He was in and out of our house numerous times throughout the entire process to get our house back to normal again after it flooded in August. ?He was always polite, considerate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. ?We felt like he gave our house the same attention to detail as he would his own house, which we truly appreciate. In a very scary time for us, it was so nice to know that we had him on our side. ?Not only did he do what we paid him to do, but he gave us loads of insight and information to help us in the future as well, not to mention the very sweet Christmas Discount! ?Thank you Jim for all that you helped us with! ?We are so grateful we had you to lean on throughout this process! ?Our house looks awesome!!
Description of Work: Jim Hubert from PMG, Inc was a life saver for us when our house flooded back in August. He came in and corrected some dry out issues we had as a result of another company's negligence, including the safe removal of mold that had grown in our home. This was very involved with plastic barriers to keep the particles from getting into other parts of our house, there were huge dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc. It felt a bit like ET, but I know it was all done to keep me and my family safe, which we truly appreciate. He then put our house back together, dry-walling our house, putting up baseboards, texturing, sealing up windows, etc, and did some extra handyman repairs around the house as well, such as repairing a leaking skylight, adding weather stripping to our back doors, hanging some shelves, etc.
