I met these guys doing an install on my street in rural Brooksville. They were quick to get an estimator, Matthew, out to my house and I had a complete packet before he left. Once I gave the approval I was scheduled on the next available date, which was Today. Jason and his crew were here exactly when they said they would be. They confirmed all details and specs of the install and then got to work. They just finished and the Gutters look great. Everyone I dealt with on the phone in the office were great too, Shana and Jennifer. I would recommend MD Seamless Gutters. Thanks for a job well done.

The boss told me I would get a call the night before the repair to arrange a time. It was 5 days later and I was home alone and in the shower when I heard pounding, scraping, and very loud banging. I was very frightened and got out of the shower to find 2 men from MD Gutters on my roof. I live behind a locked gate with no trespassing signs every ten feet along the front of my property. These men had jumped my gate and thrown their ladders over. I was furious and called the company. I explained what happened and was told this was standard procedure as they did it all the time. They also told me they did not consider it trespassing as I was claiming. The lady at MD Gutters became loud and belligerent over my complaint and I was forced to hang up on her. To most individuals this is trespassing and it certainly was to me. I felt violated.The company has little regard for faulty installs and very poor business practices and procedures along with very rude and unprofessional staff. I do not want this to happen to another home owner and feel that the service area for MD Gutters should be made aware. I also believe they are putting their service men at great risk of potentially being shot as an uninvited intruder. This company's disregard for others property must be stopped.
