"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

Custom Climate Concepts is a heating and air conditioning company serving Sarasota and Manatee County residences. Ownership changed hands in August of 2021 and is currently locally owned by a Lakewood Ranch family. We provide repair services to residential equipment, sell and install new air conditioning equipment, repair or replace duct work, install indoor air quality products such as UV lights, install blown in insulation to attic areas and clean duct systems.
"Buyer beware this company took advantage of my parents who are both in there senior. My dad bought a unit for the house and also bought a 2 year warranty they had a problem within the first year they came out said it needed a part which it did not then made him pay $1100.00 dollars to pull some insulation out of it. He attempted to dispute the charges and they illegally charged his credit card. These companies see older couples and steal there money. Btw they left them without air for almost 2 weeks causing my mom to dehydrate from sweating. They will be disputing the charges, I just don't want any other couples taken advantage of by these lowlifes...."

"DO NOT Hire this company. They are TERRIBLE. They sent a technician (Jason Stewart - showed up wearing sandals and gym shorts) to come take a look at my AC unit. This gentleman had no CLUE what he was doing. My AC unit was not cooling. He decided to install a hard start kit and he charged me $310 for it, I went online and saw a few for $28. Ten minutes later the AC stop working. He played with some wires and left. 10 minutes later we called him again because the AC was still not working. He came back and changed the capacitor and left. 15 minutes later the AC unit stopped working again, he returned at 9pm to play with the wires again. This time he claimed I needed a new AC Compressor, he quoted me for $1,800. He took $300 deposit. The next day I got a second opinion from ARS Rescue Rooter. The first thing they did was open the furnace, 30 minutes later my AC was up and running. I called Morgan Air to explain the situation, they came back to collect their starter kit and their capacitor, however they are still refusing to give me my $610 back. Please call a different company, Morgan Air will lie and SCAM you."

After he left and we began researching, we found out that he could have disconnected the part and we would at least have been able to use the range. We called back within 10 minutes of him leaving and they said we'd have to pay another $69.95 to have him do that and then another $69.95 to have them put the part in when we get it. The lack of proactivity and price gouging is very disappointing."

They are now sending multiple bills because they sprayed my neighbors yard. They did not respond to the BBB and have a D- rating in Pinellas/Hillsborough County. I've been told someone would contact me multiple times. I've reached out to the Florida Attorney General's Office, and I'm actively reaching out to the FTC."
