"Hired my plumber Inc based on reviews from here. He had a tech come out and camera my plumbing but the equipment wasn’t recording. He came out again because my septic guy called him. Told me I had a belly in my pipe and it would be over 10k for the repair oh but don’t worry we offer financing and have a contractor to try and put your floors back but no camera footage to get other estimates. So I called case plumbing. They came out no belly and there was a clog. They cameras the line and gave me the footage of it. This guys a scammer. Don’t touch him with a ten foot pool"

"I called JJM plumbing after another plumbing company told me that I would have to tear down part of a wall to change out our water heater. I spoke with John who was very nice and he later gave me a quote. He came out the next day and with some hard work was able to replace our water heater without removing the wall. They were professional and very friendly. I know I will definitely use them for anything that may happen in the future and recommend them to everyone in need of a plumber. Great experience!"

"So happy that my 3-year contract expired! Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off. Sent email to Sharen Overstreet, still no acknowledgement or response of my request to cancel the contract."
