I called JJM plumbing after another plumbing company told me that I would have to tear down part of a wall to change out our water heater. I spoke with John who was very nice and he later gave me a quote. He came out the next day and with some hard work was able to replace our water heater without removing the wall. They were professional and very friendly. I know I will definitely use them for anything that may happen in the future and recommend them to everyone in need of a plumber. Great experience!

John replaced my old rusted out water heater with a new one which is more energy efficient. He was prompt as promised and worked quickly with his assistant, Matthew. Before I knew it, the job was done. A new H2O heater w/ new connectors up top had me taking hot showers again. I will definitely use JJM Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Words cannot express how impressed with John and JJM Plumbing. John has replaced or repaired just about every plumbing issue we've had in the house from Water Heater, Garbage Disposal, Water Softener, Osmosis System, new toilets plus much more. Our most recent issue was replacing a section of our sewer line that was obstructed by a giant oak root. John and Matt worked so hard and finally removed the obstruction and now everything works perfectly. We highly recommend John for any issue you have.

We had a troublesome waterline serving the addition to the house. It runs through the ceiling into the master bedroom. The previous owner, a contractor no less, put in the cheapest copper pipe in this line. The result has been a series of pinhole leaks that I have had to deal with. I thought the dog or the cat is taking a p**s on the floor into the bedroom. However, I was soon educated on the issue when I looked up. One time I saw the latex paint on the ceiling hanging down like a big b**b. I was a lot younger the first two times and I was able to sweat a new pipe there on two occasions. I am not approaching 70 and my husband does not have the skills. so we needed some help. When it happened the 3rd time, we were unable to shut the water off due to a frozen valve. we got the reference to JJM plumbing from a trusted neighbor who works as a plumbing expert. When I called and explained the problem to Jon, he was tied up for a few days but came over that evening just to fix the valve for us to stop the leak. He got done early and called to see if he could come over early. The job required him to run hot and cold water PEX lines to the addition of the house bypassing the troublesome copper pipe. He was very personable, polite, and respectful. He explained everything that he was doing and did not mind me asking questions. The price was good and the service was outstanding. He cleaned up after himself and never one gave us the attitude that he was doing us a favor by coming over which we have gotten from others. Just last week, we started to have a bit of water on the tile near the master bedroom toilet. Again we called him and he came over in a couple of days since we told him it was not an emergency. We were also having issues with the flushing mechanisms on a couple of the toilets. He again fixed them with the same courtesy and attention to detail. I came in after he seated the toilet and caulked it. I saw him use a razor knife on the caulk. I asked him was he was doing. The toilet spanned several tiles and the grout lines will sometimes be a mess with excess caulk draining down the grout line. He was cutting any excess grout out of the joint He even too the time to show me how to do it, in addition to putting a new wax seal in which was the problem after I first set the 17 years ago when I put them in, he took the time to show me how to fix that vexing caulking problem with the grout lines. I have never seen such a professional-looking grout line in my life. He also checked our water heater and made an adjustment to it. A few weeks later we noticed the same issue with wet tiles near our other toilets and had him replace the wax seals that were seated at the same time as the first one. He also put in some professional flushing mechanisms to replace the troublesome hardware store brand ones. He again was assisted by a very pleasant and professional young man by the name of Matt. Jon is not helping us with a remodeling of a walk-in shower.

What can I say about John. Both of our toilets decided to give us issues on a Sunday. We had used John before so I gave him a call to explain the problem. He was out the next day to install 2 new toilets. John has been there every time we have needed him. We will use him in the future and current if need be. Words can't explain how much we appreciate him.

I searched Angi (Angie’s List) for a plumber that had all 5’s ratings and found JJM Plumbing. I called Tuesday and spoke with the owner, John, and explained the situation. He said they could come to our house on Thursday and that I should pick out the replacement toilet in advance. I selected a Kohler Cimarron toilet which John said they could get from their supplier at a good price. John gave me a time range for the appointment and said that he would call about 20 minutes or so before their scheduled arrival time. On Thursday John called and said they were on their way. They arrived on time and promptly removed the old toilet, cleaned up and vacuumed the floor. They installed a new wax seal, new bolts, supply line, and the new toilet. They sealed the base and tested the system. There was a small amount of rust in the line due to the advanced age of our pipes that keep the fill valve from shutting off. John showed me how to clean the debris and there was no further issue. They hauled off the old toilet and parts. They did a fantastic job, and I was very happy with the quality of their work. John and his partner were also very courteous, friendly, and considerate.

John was great. He found time the same day to come, after I e-mailed a photo of the valves. He had the necessary parts on his truck and arrived within two hours. He diagnosed the issues and quickly repaired & replaced the valves. Good guy, good attitude. Will call again and refer to friends.

John was fantastic. We called him early one evening about a water heater that had failed & was leaking. He took the time to outline several potential replacement options and answer our questions, and then was able add us onto his schedule for the next day to replace the unit. John and Eric were great! Easy to set appointment and he recommended that I pick up a new faucet because given the description he thought it would need replacement. (Which The 2 other companies didn't think to mention and would have resulted in having to schedule a 2nd trip). They were able to knock everything out in one visit, removed all the trash and completely cleaned up to the point you wouldn’t have even known they were there! They also replaced the guts of 2 toilets that were having some issues. Also adjusted a couple bathroom sinks at no charge.

Our water heater is on the opposite side of the house from the master bath and especially in the winter, it would take a very long time and many gallons of wasted water, to ever get warm water. John installed a Grundfos 'Comfort System' which is a pump installed at the water heater and that solved the problem. The best was finding a real professional who responds quickly, does what they say, when they say, for a fair price, and treats your home with respect... always wearing foot covers.. and cleaning up the job to better than they found it.

John was finishing up a job at another customers house. I don’t know how he did it, but he accommodated my ever changing needs upon finishing the first job. He was as punctual as could be, chatting with me while he worked, and left me with a THOROUGHLY CLEAN work area. Not a drop of water could be found.
