Follow-up and follow-through were nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts to get clear answers and timely responses, we were met with empty promises and outright disregard. It?s painfully obvious that customer satisfaction isn?t even on their radar. In hindsight, we should have taken our business elsewhere. I would never recommend Advanced Air Home Services to anyone. If you?re considering using them, think twice. Find a company that values its customers and provides the service you deserve?because this one absolutely does not."
