This team was very professional, efficient, and clean. I had called 3 different companies before I called Mike and his team. The other companies were reluctant to quote because we live in a condo and our new AC required a crane to place the new unit on the roof. Mike came out the day after my first call, he was on the roof within ten minutes of being here and had a quote to us by 5:00 that same day. Mike then communicated a realistic turn around time and scheduled us for installation. They were on time the day of installation, and even put down drop cloths to protect our floors from the in and out traffic of his team. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided and highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services. I am also very pleased with the COOL new unit they installed. They earned this 5 Star rating.

I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Mike and Aaron’s hard work. My AC started acting up due to an issue that started when the house was built. Mike was the only one to resolve the matter instead of putting a band aid on it. His prices are very fair and reasonable and even went out of his way to show me why something was being replaced by comparing it to the old one. They were both kind and respectful and good to my dogs that would escape their doggy gate. I am a very satisfied customer and will only use Evans Air Conditioning! They have created a loyal customer!
