"Worst decision we ever made! Things started off fine, but the two weeks from start to finish timeline dragged into months. When the project was finally "finished," it really wasn't. They laid pavers over the control button for our spa-had to call them back out for that. Didn't finish the waterfall on the spa, had to call them back out for that. After they re-paved the spa control button, they obviously never tested their work-and if they had, they would have realized they poured concrete into the air lines for the jets! Called them back out..again. In the process of fixing the spa, had them look at the pool pump and found the cage full of debris from the refinish of the pool surface. Pool jets had debris in those as well. Have emailed and called the office multiple time to speak with the manager who is in the world's longest meeting-going on three days now and he's still in a meeting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!"

There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service.
