Never showed for scheduled installation. They never called us either. Despite my calling company multiple times requesting why they never showed for the appointment and to please contact us to let us know what was going on, we never did receive any call back. Even after a week of calling them. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrific. Randy and Tammy were wonderful to work with! Very courteous, friendly and personable. Beginning with the visit for the estimate, they answered many questions, offered suggestions and sent out the quote for the job very quickly. The quote was broken down, identifying costs and easy to understand. The work was finished in 2 days, while they constantly kept the property neat and respected plants and other parts of the home. Our home looks absolutely wonderful now!! We are so happy with the work and to have met some genuinely nice professionals!!

Our home is 12 years old and never had rain gutters. Randy and his Team were very responsive to my request for a quote and had one in two days. When I asked about a different color, he made an effort to drop by a sample. Install occurred within a week of agreeing to the scope and price. His Team did the install in a day. Very professional product, looks great and matches the house almost perfectly. Job cleanup was very well done - could not even tell they were there. My only (and it is minor) issue was not knowing what time they would show up to start the job and therefore had to ask my daughter to spend the morning at the house. Email correspondence was always returned promptly. I would recommend them for any install job - our house was not that easy to work on, and required some minor carpentry to fit the gutters properly.

When my wife and I decided to have gutters installed on our approximately 1 year old home we researched companies and obtained multiple quotes. Coastal Seamless Gutters had competitive pricing and impressed us so we decided to use them for the installation. The two man crew did a great job and we were very happy with the results. A couple of months after the install we had high winds and one of the 5 downspouts came undone from the bottom of the house (looked like the nail pulled through the aluminum due to the force of the winds). I called them up and they gladly came out to fix the area at no additional charge. It impresses me greatly these days when a company stands behind their work (even if mother nature played a role). An easy fix for them would have been more difficult for me as I lack any experience with gutters. I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my positive experience with them.

They came to review the job, said they would get back to me the next day with an estimate, and I never heard from them again. I called again several days later and left a message on voice mail. They never returned my call. I have now contacted someone else, who at least came promptly and provided me with an estimate.

They engineered a solution that worked fine. They arrived, got the work done quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I'm happy. I'd use them again, but getting gutters is not something you have to do often!

They were really good. I actually talked to the installer and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions on specific requirements I had and their installers took care of me. I had some things that were a little difficult for them to do and it probably took them a little extra time, but they were willing to do it without complaining about it or charging me a lot extra. He charged me a little extra to do some of these complicated things, but it wasn't outrageous and he did it very well. They came on time and finished everything on time.

Contacted this company based upon positive reviews on Angie's List. I had to leave an initial voice message but received a call-back within a couple of hours. Randy was scheduled to come out and look at our gutters the following Saturday, but managed to get here earlier - on Friday. He made some suggestions for adding extensions to several downspouts and for removing one downspout which was dumping water onto a patio. We agreed with all of his suggestions and his price and scheduled the work for the following week. He arrived as scheduled, completed the work quickly and removed all of the debris taken from the gutters instead of leaving it on the ground around the house as we would have done if we had cleaned the gutters ourselves. He was courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. We plan to continue using his company for cleanings in the future.

Randy came out and did the estimate. We were impressed with his punctuality and overall knowledge. Our job was not an easy one, but Randy had solutions. He and his crew, which was primarily his family, came out as promised and worked all day until finished. We are thrilled with the results. While not the cheapest estimate we received, Randy's obvious knowledge and the solution set he presented won us over. We highly recommend him and will use him for any future gutter work we might need.

full gutters all the way around and downspouts into self installed underground drainage. Everything from estimate to completion was top notch. I work on a 3 estimate basis and no one could or would come close to Coastal. The tied into screen in gutters, fixed those downspouts, and did everything the needed to do in well done professional manner. If you are looking for anyting gutters - these are the guys to go to. Excellent work, professional, efficient, and great knowledge base.

They did a very good job. They were good, and I have no complaints. I would hire them again. They were fast, and they knew what they were doing. They were not sloppy.

Had a small leak from a gutter after the install. (Few days after it rained) I called the company,left a message and they got right back to me! (Good customer service.) Randy showed up,adjusted the problem gutter and we haven't had a problem since. Thank You Coastal Gutters!
