The guy is all A’s down the board. They do superior work, they always on time, they said they’d be here and they were. They have a very good warranty better than some other company I’ve dealt with. I am happy with them. It's hard to find people that you are totally satisfied with.

Nick was VERY knowledgable, professional and curteous. He came out on the first day and within an hour had diagnosed the problem with the AC. It was not a problem he could fix that day so a service call was set up to repair the unit later in the week. For the follow up call, Nick had scheduled the repair for noon, however, he called that morning and asked if he could come by at 7:45 and start the repair, which was even better. I would recommend Nick as a service/repair representative to anyone. He went above and beyond in providing excellent service and is a very good representative for the owner of this company. The technician, Nick, showed up promptly as scheduled. He was courteous,professional and knowledgable. He took time to explain the problem to me and provided me with the options available in terms of work and cost involved. Unlike others who have worked on our system in the past I did not feel that he was pushing me to get a new unit(although that will be the likely outcome). Instead, he simply presented the facts and left the decision to me. I cannot comment on the price of the work done since I did not have other quotes to compare it with.

From the apt for the free estimate to the completed job Paul Reynolds is involved and watching every step He encourages you to call him anytime with any questions . The estimate comes with part numbers so you know exactly what you are buying. He gives you links and brochures for the units and also shows you pics of previous jobs that look like yours will look when done After talking to and getting estimates from several contractors ( alI A rated) I chose Reynolds I had them install a new Trane split system and thermostat including new supply and return ducts They showed up on time and did a picture perfect job in one day as promised the guys were very polite and informative and cleaned up afterwards A supervisor stops by to check on quality and paul will call you the day after to make sure you are happy, If he did not stop by himself if you are going to replace an aging system You would be foolish not To call Reynolds and ask for a free estimate It will cost you nothing I am pretty sure you will choose him be sure to ask about the benefits of the Trane Hyperion air handlers

Reynolds beat several other bids and with the feedback on Angieslist it was a no brainer. The installers did not disappoint as they were very good at what they do and very polite. Paul the owner gave me his personal cell phone and answered each call and provided responses to my questions. The install looks clean, tight, and the equipment looks beautiful. We purchased a 10 year extended warranty from them and that provides peace of mind for us. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team to do your AC work.

When I called in to the office to schedule the appointment, I felt as though this was a unique service company in SWFL. Gloria was wonderful to work with and informed me about what to expect and Nick delivered. Nick arrived ahead a of schedule, which was wonderful. He was very courteous, conscientious and thorough. Nick explained the technical details of the necessary repairs which helped me to make informed choices. I highly recommend this company based upon today's service. It was an exceptional service experience.

Mike Howe was my service tech and he is excellent! He is very thorough and does not rush anything. He informs you of different options you can use to keep your unit running longer and more effective. He is full of great advice and is very knowledgeable about his products. He cleaned my outside compressor, installed some upgrades to keep it running longer and more effeciently, cleaned the inside unit, and put in a humidistat. Mike had done the same work for my downstairs neighbors and they couldn't say enough about him as well. He actually found a big mistake in our unit hookups that were done by the developer. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing ac services!

I was so impressed with my Nest experience and disappointed with my last provider I decided to give Reynolds a try for my annual maintenance. They were as prompt and professional as my last experience. I marked them down for their bundled pricing for parts and labor. I know it is common in Florida but I don't like it.

From the first to the last contact, they were very prompt and efficient. Paul, the owner, was in constant contact with us and quickly responded to any questions that we had. He was even here on installation day to ensure things were going smoothly. The installers, Jeff and Jack were excellent with the removal of the old unit, and the installation of the new one, along with the new return and output ducts. It's nice to deal with true professional who have pride in their work and do what is best for the customer.

This was a scheduled visit based on an existing service contract. The tech who arrived was Nick. He was prompt & professional. In addition to the expected cleaning he discovered that the heat was not working properly & repaired it. He cleaned some mold that was just starting to appear, installed a small angle attachment I could use for putting vinegar through the condensation drain & explained how I could prevent mold in the future. I had some questions about air purifiers & Nick was knowledgeable & willing to share the information. Finally we purchased another service contract & Nick invited us to call him directly if we had any problems or questions.

I first got this provider from Angie's list and couldn't be happier with them.Whenever a repair is needed, they show you the problem and tell you the exact cost to fix it. Nick. my technician was prompt , courteous and thorugh. There is never any pressure or scare tactics used. If there are options available, they are thoroughly explained. Their recommendations are always based on what is adequate for your needs, not what costs the most. I really trust them.In the past, I have dealt with Mike and Dan. Our installer, a very personable young man , arrived right on time . After explaining just what they were going to do and how long it would take,they got right to work. The installer explained the thermostat and had me run it . Everything was cleaned up and neat when they left. I was very pleased. The most even cooling and humidity control this house has ever had. This house is 40 years old. I am very pleased. Unit was tied down for hurricane on the proper slab and every thing was tight. Very professional group of people . The owner came out personally for the estimate .The office staff was great and so are the installers. Happy customer.

Neat as a pin cleaning up and disposing of old materials. The job was finished when promised. Friendly installers who have been with the company a long time. I feel I got more than I paid for!

Every phase went very well. Paul Reynolds thoroughly explained the procedures beforehand and his technicians were very professional and very competent. The installation was done on schedule and we are very pleased. I should also relate an incident that, I think, shows Paul Reynolds' professionalism. We were having a Super Bowl party with about 10 guests. It was a very hot day and that morning our old air conditioning system failed. In desperation I called Paul, and he promptly got back to me saying that he would have a technician come out and attempt to correct the situation. About 45 minutes later Paul, himself, was at the door because the technician was unable to come. Fortunately for us, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes, and we had a comfortable home for the party. He refused to take any payment for this saying that he appreciated the fact that we were using his company next week to replace that old system. I don't know how many owners of a company would come out on a Sunday morning to help out a customer whose project he had not even started, but Paul certainly is one.

Nick arrived on time, was very professional and thorough. He tested the condensor which was installed in 2012 and it tested-out properly. Nick did not give up, and checked the other components of our cooling system. Eventually, he was able to determine that the wiring on my thermostat was backward. He corrected the wiring and now our A/C system is running properly. I appreciate the time and extra effort to figure out this most unusual problem. Our electric bill has gone down to more reasonable levels. I plan to call them back for an annual A/C inspection.

Truly professional! Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up daily. Excellent communication and I was impressed by the respect between owner and staff. Will highly recommend.

First they determined it was a breaker, i bought and replaced that myself, not fixed ($20). Then determined that the wire was not proper to the units, $500 to rewire units with electrician, not fixed. Called them back and they determined it was faulty thermostat, charged me $70 more to tell me that. Replaced myself ($100) and all works fine. Next time check thermostats first, if they are old replace them, company should have done that in the first place probably. I am really only bitter about the 2nd $70 dollar charge as they didn't fix anything on the first $70 visit.

He rearranged his schedule so he could get install a unit, because we had no air, and it was a warm period of time. (His other customer had some form of air conditioning. He was very professional. Just now thought the compressor went out, one year later, and they came right out and fixed it. (Compressor did not go out. It was a simple fix.)

Nick was on time, did all work expected and asked if I would be interested in surge protection for my unit. I have had lightning strikes in the past and am very aware of what can happen if you are not protected. I agreed to have both the inside and outside protectors installed. The cost was comparable or less than other protection that has been quoted to me.

Excellent. Was complicated job because of strange things the prior owner did with the ducts, problems were all solved well and pricing reasonable and appropriate. Very competitive with other estimates

Great experience. I called for a service appointment and got an appointment for the following day. Nick arrived right on time. I requested early morning and the company was very accommodating. Nick cleaned and checked our unit. Needed to replace some parts. He showed me the defective parts and explained all work that needed to be done. He was very patient- we had some trouble with the thermostat- but he stayed until everything was resolved. I would highly recommend Reynolds Home Comfort and especially Nick. He was very professional and so nice to work with. I will definitely use this company and will ask for Nick again!

excellent, I Mike came out the same day took care of a problem and did few extra things, checked the whole system and advised me on few things. I thought the service was done professionally and price was very fair for what was done.

Around 11:30 AM discovered that A/C had stopped working. Found Reynolds Home Comfort through Angie's List and called to see if we could schedule an appointment. Received voice mail so I left message asking for a return call. They called back within 5 minutes and apologized for not being able to answer my initial call. I described the problem of no A/C and asked to make an appointment. The office said said they would contact their technicians and check on availability. Within 20 minutes I received a call back asking if they could come by between 3-4 PM. They juggled their schedule to fit me in. Mike arrived within the time frame and immediately went to work to find what was causing the problem He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and we had A/C restored shortly thereafter. Mike also make a couple of suggestions that would improve the efficiency of the A/C system and identified a potential mold issue. There was never any pressure to purchase any additional services, only an explanation of what he found and how it affected the system's operation. I was thoroughly impressed with Mike's knowledge, explanations and recommendations. I will certainly use Reynolds Home Comfort in the future.
