Called me 3/27/24 said panel came in but it was going cost an extra $550 for total of $1,650, I said I'd check around and got a bid today for $1,150 so I told them I was cancelling . The OWNER told me that my down payment was non refundable and that he was putting a LEAN on my home for the rest of the money , BUT DIDN'T DO THE JOB ."
