Scammers. My girlfriend was working at home and the guy quoted her for a full garage replacement when it just needed a new torsion spring. She was quoted for the full system replacement and did not receive that, but they charged the full $2200 and tried to itemize the difference with parts marked up 1000% and $500/hr labor. Guy was creepy and took advantage of the situation. I called to try to sort it out and never got a call back after three attempts. I would avoid this business.

This guy adjusted the old garage door until it mo longer moved, then said he couldn't repair and had to replace it. My wife caved in and said just let him do it

My guy Phil was friendly and professional. Worked fast and knew his stuff.

BUYER BEWARE. We just had a frustrating experience with them. They sold us on a $29.95 service call which turned out to be A disguised way to upsell more services over $1,500. When we called their management team three times to talk with her manager, they ghosted us and never returned her calls. I would never do business with this company again.

Highly over charging and scamming innocent senior people using unscrupulous sales tactics. Service provided was charged 3 times more than any other company would charge. Be aware of this company.Do think twice before you hire them

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old.
