"I was recommended this company through a friend. I had them come they looked over my property and we wanted to remove the metal roofing and tie our whole roof together, they were aware that the metal part had NO framing he took pictures and was on the roof to know that this was what needed to be done, wrote up the contract me not reading everything entirely figured they knew that this needed to be done which falls on me sadly, they started the process it started off good, the one side of the house looks great and they moved over to the metal roof and proceeded to rip off the entire roof and then called and told me that this side needed framing, well yeah this was discussed before the contract was signed well then now they need another permit and for engineers to sign off in order to do this framing and left my roof in shambles and "tarped it" mind you it now leaks and has ruined everything on that side of the house in the process, no one will contact me back to let me know what is going on. Absolutely do not recommend this company. How do you not finish a job and leave the persons home a mess, mind you they damaged the side on my home as well with their dumpster. They have zero care for the customers and its highly disappointing and frustrating."

"roof leaking. they don't return phone calls will not honor warranty .And to. top it off the roof failed inspection and I cant get a co. went to place of business and gave them copys of the hole in my roof which they shingled over and now I have black mold and will need to replace insulation and drywall. "They gave the highest bid amongst all companies that submitted bids. They also were not going to include plywood in the package price but would be a separate charge. I was warned by so many people including realtors that I know that they have been increasing their prices recently which the company confirmed. I really wanted to give them a chance to work with me so I called and asked to negotiate. They were not willing to nor did they counter. All the other companies I've contacted did re-negotiate. Next time anyone comes to me nor my realtor friends for recommendations, I will definitely tell them to steer clear of this company. Thank goodness there are a lot of other companies to choose from and some are even higher rated than this company."

"I would not recommend working with this company. They came around after a hale storm, promising to do a complete reroof of our house for just what the insurance company approves for our claim. We set up to work with them and then I never heard from them after that unless I contacted them 1st. They said they didn't have our paperwork that was mailed over a week prior. Once I mentioned that it had been over a week the paper work was magically found and they would start the process. A month later with no update I asked why nothing was moving along. They said "oh we just received info from the county, we will submit the permit request." After 5 months of waiting from out 1st time talking to them, with no progress update on when they were going to schedule us to start, we decided that we were not going to use this company as I don't trust that they would do a good job judging on their lack of communication or care to get the work started. I had to email them, and leave multiple messages with no call back, and just got lucky that they actually answered the phone on the 4th time trying to contact them to let them know we were no longer going to use their company. They then had their sales person call (a week later) and try to talk me into staying with no sincere apology for the wait or lack of communication, just a please do the roof "because I don't get paid if the roof doesn't go on." I've left messages for them to send confirmation of the cancelled contract so we can move on and actually get the work we need completed done, but I've never heard from them again after that last phone call from the sales associate."

"Any references to Mr. Chimney should have been Mr. Sweeper. Mr. Sweeper was very pleasant to deal with. The lady on the phone (Mrs. Sweeper?), not so much. The photos on their website of jobs they’ve done show chimney caps with overhang, which reduces chances of water intrusion. The one they installed on my chimney had no overhang. Just a basic cylinder with a top and square holes around the side."

"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."
