If they want to get in touch with me and make it right I'd be happy and I'd give them a better score but the fact that I can't even get in touch with anybody is pretty upsetting."

"Avoid MFL Sliding Doors at All Costs ? Dishonest and Overpriced! If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired MFL Sliding Doors to service four 10-foot sliding windows that are only three years old. Their technician arrived and immediately claimed that all the wheels needed to be replaced?without even attempting any adjustments?quoting us a ridiculous $6,000 for labor and parts. It gets worse. When he started on the first slider, he removed the existing wheels only to replace them with rusty, used ones from his truck! Thankfully, we caught him in the act and stopped the work before more damage could be done. Feeling suspicious, we called multiple other companies, all of whom quoted between $200-$800 for the same job. Several experts confirmed that the wheels did NOT need to be replaced and that MFL flat-out lied to us. A simple adjustment and servicing would have solved the issue. This company is a rip-off, preying on unsuspecting homeowners with dishonest tactics and outrageous "
