"Overall, the team did a good job removing the tiles and replacing them with new wood floors to match the rest of the house. They performed part of the job while we were out of town and communicated well to gain access to the home and secured it upon leaving. They cleaned up as best they could, even though the removal of the tile caused dust build-up within the cabinets and drawers. However, the repair work was not as detailed and clean as expected. They left glue residue on the pieces of repaired woods which, one year later, does not come off after repeated cleaning."

"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. We agreed on the price, I texted him the details while waiting on the quote but never got one from him but he replied by text locking in the schedule. Agreed install date came and he texted me letting me know nobody could come but they would do the job the next day, next day came and the installer said he did not have the casing and would talk to his boss but then left without talking to me. I tried calling the guy that quoted me and he would not pick up, I called from another phone and got ahold of him and ultimatly was told he could not do the job because he misunderstood what was needed. I lost 2 days and defered another installer, this crew was a waste of time."
