I highly recommend TLC Hardwood Floors, Inc. Before looking for a contractor to refinish the hardwood floors in one of my properties, I watched several YouTube videos on the right ways, and the wrong ways, to refinish hardwood floors. I suggest you do this, also. When I spoke with Fernando Beltran, the owner of TLC, I asked him how he intended to do the job. He explained his procedures, and it was clear his procedures were all the right way, and did not include some of the wrong ways I have learned about. The job was done quickly, professionally, on budget and on time. The final product was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company. I have been practicing law for 45 years, including construction litigation and drafting construction contracts. I recognize honesty, integrity and quality work when I see it.
