It has performed really well, and for about 8 months out of the year, we only pay the minimum to our electric company for having service. Customer service has been outstanding, and in fact when our backup battery was delayed due to supply chain issues, Robert moved us up on his schedule to install a few days before Ian hit. The system performed really well the week that power was out in the area, and we were able to run everything except the A/C during that period."

The part was replaced the next day & I was up & running again. The response time & level of service was great & I would use them again even when the warranty expires."

"I would like to give a shout out to Masterpiece pools. My husband and I got numerous bids for our pool and enclosure. With each bid came an estimated time frame. Masterpiece was not our cheapest bid. But they also were not our highest bid. I will say they were a good middle ground price. They gave a quicker time frame and not for 1 moment have we been dissatisfied with the service and work we have received. We are currently waiting for pool school and it is all completed. We had a few add ons and Bill was on top of who to have for each item. And each of the contractors referred also did great work and were easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the work quality the timeliness and the communication throughout and that it all went even better than expected. I would give them a 5/5 rating and refer them to anyone."
