I would like to give a shout out to Masterpiece pools. My husband and I got numerous bids for our pool and enclosure. With each bid came an estimated time frame. Masterpiece was not our cheapest bid. But they also were not our highest bid. I will say they were a good middle ground price. They gave a quicker time frame and not for 1 moment have we been dissatisfied with the service and work we have received. We are currently waiting for pool school and it is all completed. We had a few add ons and Bill was on top of who to have for each item. And each of the contractors referred also did great work and were easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied with the work quality the timeliness and the communication throughout and that it all went even better than expected. I would give them a 5/5 rating and refer them to anyone.

We are very happy with the overall experience. Bill and Lee were very easy to work with. They were both very attentive to any questions we had through the install process. Coordination with every phase was quick and seamless. O would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in their service.

Masterpiece has been SUPERB from start to finish. Bill, Lee and the team of people that they work with have been skillful, efficient and meticulous with every detail. We were blown away by how quickly the process happened, the only delays were when we had to wait for permits. They are friendly, communicative and knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to answer any questions. Use Masterpiece Pools, you won’t regret it one bit and you will be happier for it when your neighbors pool takes 6 months to complete and you are enjoying yours in 2. Still some final finishes to be done in time to swim, but we are Over the Moon!

We originally found Masterpiece through Angie, and their high ratings were spot on. We had been observing other pool projects in our development taking 6-8 months. We went from first shovel to the screen being up in less than 5 weeks. Masterpiece is highly efficient and high quality. They communicate through every step of the process and are very responsive to any questions. They also install the most up to date equipment; the control system is fully web enabled. Even the pump has its own IP address! Bill and Lee made us very comfortable all through the process considering the amount of our investment. They are highly professional and masters (as in master plumber, electrician, mason, etc?) at what they do. I highly recommend them for your pool, patio and screen installation.

The owner is super personable! He took so much time to understand what we wanted. If I didnâ t know any better, I would have thought this was his family pool! He took such a personal interest! The name says it all and our finished pool is indeed a Masterpiece! This project started in December of 2023 and we were swimming in March. Masterpiece is very responsive and easy to communicate with. They really went above and beyond with everything, including answering probably a million questions from me throughout the process. They didnâ t even make feel bad when I decided to change a few things that definitely made some extra work for them. If youâ re thinking about getting a pool Masterpiece should be your first and only call!
