John and her team were great to work with and provided excellent advice and guidance on our pool design. This is our first pool ever owned. We wanted something not so big, to look pretty that is exactly what we got! A pool for the family. The lighting at night is amazing! Thank you for building us our beautiful pool! I am soooo happy!! love it!

We approached multiple contractors for our pool but couldn't afford their extravagant prices. Thankfully, we came across this outstanding company that agreed to our limited budget and schedule. My husband and I love their organized approach and thank their team for cleaning our property after the project's completion. Their efficient and hardworking employees will not fail to impress you, and everyone should hire these experts without hesitation.

The team came out as promised and took care of all the issues. Our pools and spas are maintained meticulously. We?ve occasionally needed after-hours help, and new Florida PoolS Inc. is timely with assistance. We are delighted with this.

Showed up when they said they would. Finished the project in the timeframe we anticipated. The pool is stunning and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

John does amazing work

Business used to be under a different name and obviously had to change his business name. Very unprofessional and does not pay his subs which in turn means a warranty will not be in place. Definitely would not recommend this business.

Based on my experience, John Richard is a con artist! Stay away!!!!

Detailed work

They finished on time and the quality of workmanship was excellent!!!

I hired them to do a complete pool renovation, as my pool was leaking. After their renovation, the pool was still leaking, and they refused to return to find and fix the leak and to address open items. I held back a small amount of money to ensure their return, but they just ignored me. I hired another contractor to fix the leak. Now, two years later, the pool steps have cracked open and fallen apart due to their inferior workmanship. Owner refuses to honor the warranty. Stay away!

Good communication, good work. My only complaint is they are kinda messy and donâ t leave the job site cleaned up at the end of the day.

They started the project on time but we had to keep calling to get the pavers to show up they wasted two weeks at least with no work being done.

They did not start the project when we agreed and therefore didn't finish on time. But the price was fair and the work was done quickly and looks great so I would definitely recommend them.

John Richard of Rockstar Pools is a very knowledgeable & professional contractor. They had an excellent selection of pool tiles, Pebbletech options & stone spillways. Their work ethic & workmanship was superior. Our renovated pool is stunning and we've received a lot of compliments on it. The only issue we faced was with the stone sub-contractor who measured the stone spillway incorrectly delaying the final installation by a few days. We have already recommended Rockstar Pools to several of our neighbors; one whom has already signed on with John.

This is the place if you have a unique or special pool embolden , John is very good and has worked with commercial projects and understands design from a maintenance standpoint.
