"Installed 9 windows total and 3 sliding glass doors. Not a single problem after the install. It's been 2 years now since the install. On the day of installation, everything was thoroughly explained before they got started. They were happy to take down all of the blinds and curtains for me. They also moved the furniture out of the way which is something they usually don't do, but they did it since I was unable to have it done prior to the appointment. They walked me through everything after the install and made sure I was satisfied. From the day of signing to the day of install was less than 4 weeks. They had the windows within 21 days of placing the order and got me on their schedule the same week of delivery. I did meet with 3 other companies. I noticed that everyone tried to sell me a window and the ratings on the window. Windoor Retro Pros/Builtry showed me that all of the glass from the manufacturers is all coming from Cardinal Glass. They showed me it was all the same low-e 366 glass and the minor differences between the frames. They took it a step further to show me how the differences in the frames could potentially affect the application of the window to my openings being that I have a wood framed home. This helped determine which product would be best for my home and they even explained why they were ordering all of the windows with a nail fin and slightly smaller. I did not have to do any touch up paint AT ALL because I went with their expertise. Every other company told me I might have to do touch up painting and more which was fine. But I could tell that Joe was not a sales person. He was very technical and even told me that the sliding glass doors would come with 6-inch tracks instead of my existing 4-inch tracks (due to being vinyl products which were thicker) so they would have to cut into my floor and build out on the exterior. The county inspector even said himself that this was by far one of the best installs he had ever seen in his 20+ years of inspections. I WOULDN'T HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY. Windoor Retro Pros/Builtry were the second lowest bid out of 4 total bids we received. But even if they were the highest, we were set on hiring them. Listen to these guys. They are not sales people. These are real experts and they will treat you fairly. Also learned that Joe serves as their leader and he is a Christian. I don't really care for religion in business but his character was admirable and it just made things much easier throughout our communication. These guys are the best and sorry for such a long review but they deserve a much longer one!"

She told us the time frame and kept us informed every step of the way. Mario, the installer, was quick and efficient. He showed up on time and completed the job exactly as explained to us. "The company charged a few hundred more than $12,000.00 The contractors completely missed installing key pieces of material. The butt joints did not match. The company was not even sure if flashing was used, that’s how uncertain they were of their own work. The underneath of multiple gables was missing the bottom piece. Multiple boards were not aligned/were uneven. If I hadn’t noticed, then they would not have fixed anything. 15 + cigarette butts scattered all over the yard, front, back, sides of the house, right up against the house. They just smoked and threw them on the ground. They had the pallet of building materials (about 30 pieces, 15 feet long) in the middle of our driveway for over a month after the first crew came out, despite the first contractors only working on it for a week. The company, Morgan Exteriors, informed me that they were unaware of the poor, faulty construction because they do not inspect their own work. They say they hire outside contractors, and once these contractors say the job is done then Morgan Exteriors accepts that. No one inspects anything. The painter got paint (white) all over the house (our house is painted grey). The painter did not use plastic sheeting to seal off any of the bottom walls to prevent paint from dripping all over the exterior. It rained, and due to the lack of sealing, the entire wall is now splotched with white paint. Full brush strokes are seen on the side of the walls. Due to not using any protective equipment, white paint droplets are on the windowsill, hedges, grass, walls, etc. The painter also left the paint lid in the grass and used the hose and left it unraveled in the bushes/side of the house, small things that in additional to the poor work and countless cigarette butts adds up to a disappointing performance. After I notified then of my concerns, they eventually got someone out to fix it (a month later). They were unable to fix the paint job, because we did not have the paint on hand (we JUST bought the home and the original owners did not leave us a can). I know the company tried to fix the construction aspect of it all, however I am upset that everything had to be fixed, especially to this extent. I wish that I never hired this company, and I wish that they had a professional paint my house instead, because now I have to live with the paint job, which our family event pointed out when seeing our house for the first time. The employees that work in the office are kind over the phone, but their aptitude and helpfulness did not translate into the finished product. I hope that the siding that I now have is durable and as close to properly done as it can be, but every time I look at my house now and see the paint everywhere, I will be reminded of how it got there, and reminded that the siding might not even be properly completed."

"As a former employee, that was supposed to be a "FIELD SUPERVISOR", I was basically just a part of a COMPLAINT DEPT.! Complaints far too numerous and would never stop. The product they sold was very shoddy, often coming from the factory already damaged, yet the installers were instructed to install them just the same. Half the installation teams did lousy work as well, adding to a miserable experience. Repeated failed inspections, unresolved complaints, yet they wanted customers to pay in full within 30 days even though MONTHS would go by with no satisfactory result. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere!"
